We had an excellent accommodation in Ana's property. Extremely clean house with everything you need. The garden of the house is magnificent, very well cared for and reserved. Perfect for breakfast. We will definitely go back again and again.

The place was basic and clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. I was shown around before handed the keys. Parking is free around the apartment but tight so be careful with hire cars (mine was scratched). It's about a 10min walk into the town area, there is a great family run restaurant to the right of the apartment and a few bars nearby. The nearest big supermarket is about 3mins drive away.

Good place to stay overnight, typical old house in the area, but with the necessary comfort to spend a few days. Very helpful host. Recommended

The photos don't do justice to the beauty and area of the house! Very nice space, with several leisure areas, interior patios, tastefully decorated! The area where the pool is located (500 meters from the accommodation, in a very nice park) is huge, with trampolines, swings, hammocks and dining tables. Juncais' location is perfect for trips to other locations in the Serra. We loved it!

Flawless stay, very well located apartment, close to the São Pedro do Sul hot springs. Very well-equipped apartment, great for spending a few days away from large urban centers. Very attentive and friendly host, explained the entire check-in process using video and even referred us to a restaurant and places to visit during our stay. Definitely an experience to be repeated.

An outstanding Airbnb in a beautiful location. The accommodation is spacious and comfortable, with the added bonus of several different places to sit in the garden and enjoy the spectacular views of the Douro valley. But it's the hosts that make this place so special. Casimiro and his son Manuel represent what Airbnb is all about; they personally welcomed us, offering lots of recommendations for places to visit and local restaurants, but were never intrusive. Casimiro's wife had prepared a tray of 'entradas' - a Portuguese starter of cured meats, cheeses, bread and olives - plus a bottle of local wine. A couple of days later Casimiro appeared with an huge bowl of cherries from their own orchard. This Airbnb wasn't just somewhere to stay for a few nights, but an experience to be treasured.

Very cute little house on the edge of the Rio, converted into a mill, it is rustic but at the same time everything has been arranged and thought out to have a good time, with all the possible comforts (and even games available, a coffee machine etc). There is plenty of space to put yourself, although the house is very dark as it is in old walls, but the garden is simply beautiful. Between the sound of the stream that passes below the terrace, the flowers and the deckchairs to settle in, we were in paradise! Everything was clean and in place for our arrival. The house is right next to a bridge and we went for a walk around it was really nice. A very nice restaurant is 2 minutes' drive from there for a more chic atmosphere that is also enjoyable! This is an extremely comfortable place to stay in a beautiful part of Portugal. The Douro Brothers are great hosts. Everything was in order and all we had a very nice time. Muito Obrigado!

Amazing property and view. We had a terrific time. The property worked great for our group. Best sunset! Marco and his crew were extremely responsive. Driving in the Douro Valley is not for the faint of heart. We had a ball!

I was very well received by Marta, who showed me the house and left food for my first breakfast, including homemade jam and fruit from the orchard. The location of Casa da Eira is fantastic, with beautiful views of the Douro river bay, a large patio with the same view and right next to the pool. The infinity pool is stunning with a view of the river and is large. The entire property is very well cared for with gardens and fruit tree plantations; the size of the property provides walking tours and nooks to rest without leaving the place. The house itself has all the amenities and is very comfortable, with a covered balcony that gives you the feeling of being in a tree house. Marta's kindness (who even offered me plums from the farm's production), the location and amenities, make this accommodation an ideal retreat for true rest, whether you go alone or with family. I'll be back.

We loved our stay at Casa do Professor. It was so quiet and peaceful. Lovely views, beautiful house inside and out. It worked well for a day trip to the Duoro wine area and another to Viseu, it was wonderful to come home to. Also nice walks in the general area (one was from the house, towards town, onto the ecopista). Lovely, quiet area full of small villages. Easy driving, groceries and restaurants nearby. We cooked a few meals and had what we needed. Having the washing machine was helpful. Comfortable beds, beautiful decor, yummy pastries delivered by Antonio's parents. Antonio was responsive and gave a lot of helpful suggestions in response to our questions. Highly recommended!

This was easily one of the best places we have found here! The house is so cute and the land and the river around it so peaceful and beautiful! We swam in the river, walked around in the nature finding wild strawberries, enjoyed the space, the privacy, and the quiet. So many extra touches like art materials for the kids, a guitar to play, games, and more. Adelaide was a great host, she took us out to the land and showed us some of the secret spots to hang around in. She was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely love to come back some day!!
