Truly loved our stay at Paulo's place. Beautiful views of vinyards and hillsides with birds chirping in the trees. Paulo was friendly and helpful, offering advice on places to go and where to eat. Lovely restaurant located downstairs. I would recommend staying here for anyone looking to visit the Douro region. Train to Porto stops nearby at Aregos but don't let the short distance on the map deceive you. It's very hilly terrain and not walkable.

We were well received by Dani and nothing was missing! Very quiet, welcoming and beautiful surrounding area. I recommend
