Check-in and check-out was easy. There are clear instructions. On site there was a well-equipped kitchen, with both basics like sugar and flour as well as utensils like different pots and pans, even a crêpe pan :). The pool is small and cold, but it was fun. The house is right next to a large expressway with a toll station, we often had to pay tolls when we went somewhere. Without a car, getting around is not easy, we had to walk at least 20 minutes to the tram, it ran until midnight, then it only came back at 5:00 am. The surrounding area is very beautiful, within 40 minutes we were both in the city centre of Montpellier and on breathtaking beaches.

Accommodation as advertised and pleasant to stay in for several. A/C is an undeniable bonus.

We had a great stay at Luc and Stephanie's. Our arrival went extremely well thanks to the communication and availability of our host. He is welcoming, smiling and friendly, it's nice. The accommodation is in very good condition, there is everything you need to live on vacation. And even more, we were able to have a barbecue, there are bikes for going for a ride... There is a parking space in the shade to put the car. That's perfect!!

Eve & Stephane are the most charming hosts & were always attentive to our needs Any little problems were sorted speedily. The location is excelent for exploring Montpellier & we found it an easy 20 minute walk to the city centre. We also took trams which seem to run every few minutes to the centre at a modest cost of 1.9 euros. Fabulous swimming pool at the property which was available between 10.00 & 16.00 hours. Montpellier is a very attractive & elegant city with easy train connections to Nimes, Avignon, Arles & Sete which we also explored.

Very good stay in this well located, spacious and pleasant villa. The exteriors are particularly successful: clean swimming pool, very appreciable jacuzzi, comfortable outdoor furniture… Perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather in complete relaxation! The villa also offers a good level of equipment inside, with three comfortable bedrooms and a large dressing room. A few small points of cleanliness could be improved... Very responsive and available host for all our needs Nice place for holidays with family or friends. We recommend it!!!!

We booked to find a corner of nature and we are satisfied, with my companion. The stay was very pleasant and rejuvenating. It's so nice that we spent more time outside on the super sunny terrace, cool in the morning and with the sun's rays in the evening. Single-storey house allowing access to the outdoor area surrounded by trees and fragrant plants (jasmine in summer, I love it). The small village is very peaceful, which allowed us to walk around and enjoy the birdsong in the early morning. Located 25 minutes from Ambrussum on foot through the vineyards. We are delighted with this stay and will not fail to think of you the next time we want to relax in the countryside a few minutes from Nîmes. Great stay very nice. Beautiful apartment, really comfortable and well-equipped. We loved the sea view and the view of the ponds on the other side. The residence is quiet and ideally located to go to the centre on foot or to reach the ponds for beautiful bike rides.

I spent 5 weeks in the apartment for a training course, it is the cleanest and most pleasant I have tested in 6 months in Montpellier! New building, both quiet thanks to the double glazing and yet 5 minutes from the town hall (moulares), well equipped, good bed (with the mattress topper), beautiful terrace... the host is responsive and understanding, I recommend it!

A lovely apartment on 3rd floor, with balcony, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and sofa bed, modern clean shower room. Extra additions of beach umbrella and towels are useful. access straight onto the beach from building. Good bars, supermarket and restaurants nearby. Tourist office and an excellent Bolangere open all day are both in main square Mairie Annexe. 200 metres away. We had an enjoyable stay.

Beautiful location straight on the beach. Flat is bright, comfortable and easy to use. Excellent beds and showers. Owner is very responsive. Would definitely recommend.

One of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed in, impeccable cleanliness, incredible smell in the apartment. The terrace is huge with jacuzzi, BBQ, garden furniture… We were able to enjoy the pool without moderation. Morgane is a quality host, she thought of everything in the small details. She is also always available and very responsive when needed. The residence is rather well located with several shops as well as the beach nearby. Can't wait to come back!!
