We had a great time. The listing is exactly as described. It is very well located in a quiet place, easy to access and close to all shops. The accommodation is very well equipped. Hugo is an attentive and responsive host, his directions are perfect. We followed his recommendations for restaurants and nearby visits, it was perfect. I highly recommend it for a nice stay!

There were two of us passing through with motorbikes. The pool was just right. It is highly recommend and the hosts are very nice.

It was exactly what we were looking for in proximity to the family, well-appointed apartment, spacious rooms. Only regret: the basic utensils for cooking as mentioned above: no salad bowl, no cutting board, no large knife, whisk, salad cutlery, ladle... But we adapted! Yohann and Cathy’s place is an excellent choice for Montpellier. It’s ideally located on a quiet, mostly pedestrian street, very near all the major points of town, cafes and services. The highlights for us were the apartment’s cleanliness, AC in every room, high quality furnishings, modern appliances, and overall design. The tall windows and little balcony were lovely, too. Highly recommend!

What can I say .. stayed a month, and could have stayed a year. One of the best apartments we have booked. As the photos indicate the decor is both very beautiful and practical [comfortable living area, very well provisioned full kitchen, good bed and linen, clean and functional bathroom, plenty of storage space, separate TV loft). The apartment enjoys lots of light streaming in through the French doors onto a delightful little balcony. Air con and heating both excellent. Location perfect, central but quiet. Véro and David are generous and attentive hosts. Cannot recommend enough. Note: recycling bins for glass and paper/plastic are located nearby in Place Molière, and there are Biodéchets (brown bins) at various locations across Montpellier.

It was our second stay in this apartment, which probably seats more than anything! On our last trip, we recommended the addition of a microwave and, voila, there it was this trip! The apartment is on the Main Street of the Eccusson neighborhood, so there is always good people watching, and everything from the supermarket to great restaurants and tram and train lines is within an easy walk. We love David’s place!

As everyone else has stated, this is a really fantastic place to stay. The apartment is really lovely - huge windows, great light, even more spacious than it appears in the images. It's a very well appointed Airbnb, and felt more like an actual home than many do these days, but without any clutter or unnecessary knickknacks. The location is great, with most anything in town being a very walkable distance, and the train station is only about five minutes away. Nicholas was very helpful and communicative, and we would highly recommend him as a host.

Anais and Jonathan's accommodation was nice for a short weekend, close to the beach and shops. The pool is shared but we enjoyed it when we returned from the beach there was no one there. Great, I recommend Jonathan, he was accommodating with our slightly delayed departure schedule. Thank you 😉
