You have your own entrance with a small garden and seating area. Parking is available on your own property or parking space across the street. Bedroom is upstairs, accessible via steep stairs.

Our nice house is on the edge of dune and forest. By car, you will be on the beach of Castricum aan Zee in five minutes, by bike in twenty minutes, and after an hour's walk, you will be there. The house has everything you need: a nice sitting area overlooking the lovely garden, a dining area with comfortable chairs for long dining. A kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Two bedrooms with space for a total of four people and two bathrooms.

Kleinduin is located on the historic Duin en Bosch grounds of the picturesque Bakkum (North Holland, municipality of Castricum). It is located in the back garden of an emergency house built in 1914.
