An exclusive house in the very heart of one of France most famous wine village. All the comfort of a stylish contemporary home with the charm of an old village house. Relax in a very private courtyard with a pool, 3 sun decks with partly shaded areas or entertain friends and family around the BBQ area. The interior features a spacious open plan ground floor with kitchen, dining and lounge. The first floor comprise a guests bedroom with queen size bed, a bathroom and toilet and a kids dorm sleeping 6. A foldable baby cot is also available in the house. On the second floor is a luxurious loft retreat with a king size bed, en suite bathroom with a shower and a bath, a separate toilet and a spacious private terrace overlooking the village and the valley with views of the Mont Ventoux. The house is decorated simply with vintage furniture and quirky pieces. The entire house and studio (depending on the number of guests). My family lives close by and is available to assist our guests with any issue. Chateauneuf-du-Pape is a classic provençal village where one of France's best wines is produced. From the sound of the church bells marking the hour to taking a stroll to the bakery for fresh croissants at breakfast time, soak up village life. We recommend having your own vehicle (car, motorcycle or bicycle) to take full advantage of the place and its surroundings Chateauneuf-du-Pape is a classic Provençal village where one of France's best wines is produced. 120 m2 vaulted apartment composed of a kitchen open to the dining room and living room, 2 large adjoining bedrooms, with bathroom and shower room (each with toilet) and a private courtyard. Located in the heart of a village on the edge of the garrigues, close to the Pont du Gard (15 minutes from Nîmes Pont du Gard TGV station, 20 minutes from the Arènes de Nîmes, 25 minutes from Uzès, 45 minutes from the Camargue and beaches). Access to the owners' pool from early May to late September.

Metal is found in the air-conditioned living room/kitchen with its industrial loft decor. The bedroom (queen size bed) features the warm side of wood, while the bathroom with its large walk-in shower plays with the golden reflections of the stone. Swimming pool and stunning views of the Pont du Gard to share with 2 other 2-person cottages.

Our accommodation is close to Pont du Gard, 5 minutes by car and accessible on foot, close to Uzès, 10 minutes by car. 25 minutes from Nîmes and Avignon. It has a private garage, 600 m2 enclosed, wooded and shaded land, a private above-ground wooden pool. The 45 m2 house has all the comforts. 2 bedrooms with double bed, one with trundle bed. Travel cot, bathroom and washing machine, kitchen and dishwasher, SAM living room with TV. A place for quiet and relaxation...

The three bedrooms open onto the garden, without any vis-à-vis. The villa is spacious, comfortable and warm. The covered terrace (facing south) has a dominant view of the garden with a large wooden table for 6 people, offering a peaceful stay for the whole family.
