The place is very pretty (beautiful view), very quiet. The house is very large and very pleasant to stay in. There are 2 more listings nearby but we had our privacy. Philippe is kind, he lives in the accommodation next door and is very discreet. The sauna jacuzzi pool area is charming and pleasant for young and old.

Beautiful cottage, very well equipped, where we had a great time. Too bad, however, that cleaning and access to the spa are offered at extra cost. It is also unfortunate that there is little flexibility on the departure time (set at 11am), with the host arriving precisely at that time. A big thank you to Nathalie for her warm welcome.

Perfect location for a family get together, loads of space for children to run around and enjoy themselves. We loved having BBQ's and playing boules after the sun went down. The towns of Albi and Rabastins are very close and well worth a visit

We had a great stay in this very nice house, located in the middle of nature—very calm and peaceful. The check-in was easy with a concierge system from the owner (they also manage other houses in the area). The house is big and comfortable, with a large kitchen and living room. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious. The decoration is like a small museum, full of beautiful objects from local shops and galleries, mixed with modern comfort. Beds are large and very comfortable. Everything is provided: bed linen, towels, and even bathrobes. The amenities are excellent: hot tub with jets, outdoor jacuzzi, heated pool, and gas barbecue. The owners answered very quickly when we had questions.

A really well placed apartment to visit Toulouse in a well secured and recent residence! The instructions for departures and self check-in are very clear, the apartment is really nice and very functional, and really very clean! The basement location for the car is really a plus!

We had a pleasant stay in this accommodation as well as with our two dogs, located in a quiet area off the street, ideal for total disconnection! (In any case the wifi/network are of the same opinion😉). Very well-equipped accommodation whether in the kitchen (it feels like home, nothing is missing!) or in the other rooms too! The jacuzzi and heated pool are a real plus that allowed us to enjoy it throughout the stay despite the sometimes capricious weather! In addition, the hosts are very friendly, welcoming and responsive when needed! In short, if you are visiting the area or want to discover it for a longer period, this is a good place! Looking forward to it 😉

I had a great stay at Romain's place! The apartment is as described, very clean, well decorated and perfectly equipped. The location is ideal: close to transport, shops and in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood. The host was very responsive, welcoming and thoughtful throughout the stay. I highly recommend this accommodation and will not hesitate to come back during my next visit to Toulouse. Again, thank you for this great experience!

We stayed for a weekend as a family of 4. Julia told us everything well, the accommodation was very clean and there were 3 children's beds in addition to an adult bed. Even though we arrived a little late, his welcome was available and warm. Thank you so much. We'll recommend your place!

spacious quiet accommodation. The 5 bedrooms are large, plenty of storage in the accommodation. The living room is large and the 2 toilets (1 on each level) and 2 bathrooms are practical. Thierry is a very friendly host, very responsive to the slightest problem, the accommodation was perfect for our stay (40 years of a friend) with a very good sound system and play of light, everything you need as practical equipment (dishes, cooking utensils, tables and chairs, sofas) but also as entertainment (screen for overhead projector, heated pool, foosball, ping pong, balons, badminton, pétanque, etc.). Suited our requirements very well. The third floor apartment was well equipped The washing machine was a plus. Our host was prompt in communication and the instructions to access the accomodation were clear. The apartment block is within a gated complex which allows secure parking. Shops are essily accessed by walking and the airport is easily accessed by car. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Very pleasant and available hosts. Nothing negative, only positive. You can go there with your eyes closed and let yourself go. Calm and greenery 15 minutes from Toulouse. We'll be back!

I join the list of holidaymakers delighted with their stay! The mill studio is beautiful, original, comfortable (bedding at the top, I slept like a baby) and well equipped. The outdoor terrace, the pool, the mill and the environment are great! I was able to rest, relax, forget about time and my few days there deeply relaxed me. Maïté is a wonderful host: warm and available, but also very discreet. I loved meeting them. In short, I can't wait to come back! To be booked without a second thought.

Philippe's Zome is incredible, ideally located in an oak wood. There is nothing missing in this magical place, a change of scenery is guaranteed. Be careful when accessing the mezzanine, which is via a ladder, for people whose flexibility is no longer up to date. Recommended without moderation.
