We were there in May and had nice weather. It is a nice apartment with beautiful sea views. You will hear the waves. The interior is modern and functional. We didn't lack anything!

This is the perfect location for Peniscola. Walkable to everything including the castle, restaurants and grocery. Ana was the best host even meeting us on the street and directing us to parking and our apartment. She also provided great dining recommendations! The apartment was perfect. Honestly even better in person than even the photos! views of the beach and castle were perfect. Our only negative is we didn't stay long enough!

My partner and I have spent a very pleasant few days in Elisa's apartment, the location is very good right next to the beach promenade and the residential complex is very quiet. The apartment is ideal to spend a day and relax, small but well-equipped and very charming, Elisa has been a 10-star host, making sure that everything goes well at all times, we will repeat!

The best thing about the penthouse is the terrace with sea views. Located right on the waterfront. If you like to walk, you can walk for miles near the sea, because Moncofa is connected to other villages, which you can reach on foot. Very good communication with the host. The apartment is clean and very quiet. To repeat. We were very comfortable.

Beautiful place, perfect if you need to disconnect and enjoy nature. Decided to go in June so that the pool was also available, and it was really nice to plunge in the late afternoon. The house has basically everything, and the hosts are always kind and always ready to help in case. Even if it's hot outside, the house remain quite cool, especially the ground floor, so that's great. The host will guide you to the house, as it's a bit secluded and the roads are slightly unpaved - but not to worry, you can easily do the trip even with a small car (did it with my 500 with 0 problems). The place is very charming and relaxing. I was travelling with my cat (she also enjoyed the place a lot), and I felt really safe as a woman by myself. Really recommend!

The hosts surpassed all expectations, they were a delight. So warming and welcoming from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble, always ready to answer any questions/queries. Such a lovely peaceful place to chill with all the home comforts you need. Not to far to travel by car to visit the beach,shops etc. I was humbled by how much kindness was shown by the lovely hosts, going out of their way to make it a special Easter for us by buying us some local traditional cakes & a delicious homemade "Frittata" which was left unexpectedly by our front door after a busy day touring. We hope to see you again in the future, hopefully my Spanish will be better 😀

it is in a very quiet village, the house is very nice, everything is perfect with many details, the only thing I did not like is the mattress, this old and sunken in the middle I think I should change it in Mr. Rafael on a rest trip is fundamental

We were very comfortable and relaxed at Anna's house. We went with dogs and it gave us a lot of security and peace of mind that the land was fenced.

Pleasant stay, small town in the middle of nature. Accommodation as shown in the pictures, although a fan is missing for the summer months. Ester is very nice giving directions and recommendations for the area.

Everything is perfect, ideal house to disconnect, perfect for going with dogs. Close to the beach and the village. Access and perfect communication with Alejandro. Unbeatable stay.

We had a house to ourselves and with 1.5 baths, and 3 bedrooms, it could easily have hosted 6 people. At night it was cool enough that the lack of AC was not an issue. There was a roof deck and chairs to hang out, just be respectful of neighbors. The bufador was around the corner and parking was nearby, very convenient and scenic location. We loved it and walked everywhere during our stay. Everywhere we stayed in Spain, there was some noise, but ear plugs took care of it. Make sure to check on your car because while you can pay for multiple days, there was a note stating that the lot we were in would be closed for some activity that weekend and we had to move, but we found additional parking easily enough. Peñiscola is a beach town, going there is like going to Florida or California to hang out at the beach.

We spent a few days here in March and it was great. As it was off season, there was barely anyone there and we had the beach basically to ourselves which was great for our dogs and children to run around. The place is exactly as described and clean and comfortable with a lovely, little private garden in addition to the shared outside space. Fernanda welcomed us and showed us around.

We went on holiday for a few days with my parents and my boyfriend, we all fell in love with the area. The apartment has all the amenities and more. We found everything impeccable, we really enjoyed our stay. I recommend it 100%. Felipe was very attentive at all times, helping with questions about the rules and features of the apartment, and also making recommendations for places to visit and restaurants with good food. We'll definitely be back!

We were very comfortable in Elisa's place. We travel with a baby and although it does not have a cot or high chair, she gave us all the facilities for entering and leaving, which we are very grateful to you. The apartment is comfortable. Beautiful apartment with a great view. Spacious, very comfortable beds. Very well equipped and very clean. Beautiful terrace Basement parking and swimming pool are a real plus. Great communication with Antonia. Very responsive if you need anything. The apartment is in a very good location, 1st line of the sea, a dream! It is close to the center, with well-maintained pools and parking! The kitchen is new with quality appliances. Except for the downside, few cooking utensils... missing large cutting knife, bread knife...etc The bedding is very good, the bedrooms are equipped with plenty of storage. The apartment was clean when we arrived. As for Peniscola, it's a very beautiful city that I would never get tired of! We've been going there for 8 years!
