Alessandro’s place is the real deal—a true penthouse! In the U.S., “penthouse” sometimes just means top floor, but here it means an apartment with two massive sliding glass doors that open onto a spacious private terrace. We spent afternoons soaking up the sun and evenings relaxing outside after dinner as Florence cooled down—it was perfect. The location is also super convenient, right next to a tram stop that's only three stops from the city center. We had a wonderful time in Florence and would absolutely stay here again!

It was such a beautiful stay! Irma was incredibly helpful and flexible with our check in. The view from the patio is the best:)

Stunning location, local shop for great quality fresh food. Only a short walk into the old town and the train station for excursions further out.

Even if only for one night we had a good time, Andrea was very responsive in recommending places to visit to eat and was very precise in the description of the house

This beautiful apartment was easy to find, in the middle of the old town, everything within walking distance. Giulia always responded quickly and attentively and helped. We felt very comfortable!

Everything was amazing and as described! Hosts were very helpful people, as they gave us lot of info about restaurants, shops and activities.

We had a wonderful stay. The patio and hot tub were amazing. Walk to everything. No need for a car. Lots of restaurants and attractions close by. Grocery store around the corner. Outdoor hot tub was lovely after a day of steps.

We had a perfect break in Lorenza’s lovely house. It was extremely spacious and exceptionally clean. The garden is beautiful and well maintained with lots of areas to sit in and enjoy the peaceful environment. Our dogs loved their walks in the woods nearby and they enjoyed meeting all the feline residents! Lorenza and her husband are a lovely friendly couple who have put a lot of thought into ensuring their guests have a great holiday.

Lucrezia is a great and accommodating host. Particularly noteworthy is the terrace and the garden of the property.

A wonderful peaceful place in Tuscany. Spent most of our evenings out on the balcony, admiring the beautiful view. Home was well appointed and comfortable inside, and the host was very responsive to any questions or issues. Radda was also lovely, with good food, wine and a local tap room with interesting options! Would strongly recommend a stay here.

A beautiful place, immersed in the hilly countryside of Casentino. A renovated building with great care and taste in which you can breathe the history of the owner and his art. Prawns, trees, shrubs, water mirrors, and a beautiful garden are the setting for all this. In addition, you have the impression that you are guests of a friend and not customers of an accommodation facility. On my behalf, I'll definitely be back.

The accommodation is simply wonderful and has its very own charm! The reception was very familiar and personal, so you felt comfortable right away. The accommodation has everything you need and beyond, there are also many useful utensils in the accommodation. Francesca is a really very friendly and helpful host who gave us a good feeling on holiday from the beginning. From here, you can explore Tuscany very well and also explore very beautiful regions on foot. Unfortunately, the access to the accommodation is unpaved and a little more difficult to reach, but otherwise the accommodation is simply perfect.

Valeria and Simone have a super nice and clean apartment! We felt very comfortable right from the beginning. The apartment offers a great starting point for numerous hikes and excursions. During our stay, we always received good tips and advice from the two. Our dog also felt very comfortable and since the property is completely fenced, he could move freely. We would come back. It was an incredibly beautiful time!

We loved our stay in Pietro’s beautiful, unique and historical place. The house is charming, well-equipped and spacious, the scenery and view are stunning, and the peace of the mountains is soothing. The drive up the mountains is an experience too! Communication with Pietro was easy, fast and kind.

Lorenzo and Luca are two excellent hosts, super helpful and welcoming. Essential accommodation, comfortable and clean, adjacent parking, bus stop, bar, cold table, rotisserie, self laundry, near the house. A 15-minute walk from the centre and the racecourse for concerts.

Benedetta is an amazing and gracious host, the property was easy to locate and the room was beautiful, absolutely amazing Tuscan style with beautiful views and a private pool. She also recommended us a restaurant for dinner and that was one of the beat meals we had in Italy! 100% recommend

Anna was a fantastic host, who treated us with the upmost respect and kindness. While her place is a bit difficult to find at first, once you're there, you're in one of the most beautiful scenes we've seen during our time in Italy. Also, it was close enough that we were still early able to travel into Florence each day we were there. Anna was so nice in providing us with breakfast each morning, which included apricot jam from her fruit trees and homemade bread. We would recommend this spot for anyone looking for a quiet place to stay outside of the busy city.

The stay was great! The apartment is very complete and you can see the care that Federica has with guests for every detail of the space. The bathroom is very small, in fact, but it wasn't something that bothered us. The location is also good, it is in front of McDonald's and very close to a great pizzeria. It is very easy to get around the city, as there is a bus stop a few meters away, with at least 3 options of lines that lead to the center. If you are going to San Gimignano and Siena, the location is also very convenient, since at the same stop you can take the extra urban bus. If we have the opportunity to return to Florence, we will certainly consider Federica's apartment.

Francesca is a present and delicious guest as well as her apartment: fresh flowers upon our arrival, small attention and great availability. In short, everything is perfect for those who want to get away and immerse themselves in nature!

Lovely stay in Tuscany! Patrizia had started a warming fire going for us in the fireplace upon arrival, as the weather was chilly and rainy. The house was very cozy, artistically decorated, and well appointed -- it made us feel very much at home away from home. Gorgeous views of Tuscany from the bedroom windows, and a well cared for garden which had lemons, rosemary, basil and many flowering plants. Patrizia was the absolute best hostess and provided for all our needs during our stay. There was plenty of room for everybody in the house, and there was even a lovely little kitchen which was fully stocked (salt, pepper, spices, coffee, milk, and more!). Note there is not an oven, but we were able to cook breakfast every day, and even a few dinner meals for our small group in the mini kitchen (there is a mini fridge which fit a lot of perishable food for its size!, and a small induction stove top). Thank you for the perfect stay!
