In the large outdoor courtyard, you will find a saltwater swimming pool with a relaxation area on a panoramic terrace with a wonderful view of the castle, hills and vineyards, with breathtaking sunsets.

The Sea View apartment is the result of a careful renovation in the heart of the village of Castagneto Carducci. Located on the second and top floor of a historic building in the village, it has a living room with a small terrace, a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, a large double bedroom and a bathroom. The view is breathtaking: from the hills with the Mediterranean scrub to the roofs of the medieval village, passing through the vineyards until it descends to the sea, where we can also see the islands.

The house is completely surrounded by woods and centuries-old oaks. 150 meters away flows the Cecina river. Castagneto Carducci Characteristic apartment on the half floor, beautifully renovated in Tuscan style, situated in the historical center of Castagneto Carducci 6 km from the sea. The strategic position allows to make excursions, thermal paths, archaeological, food and wine and are within just an hour by car, the most important art cities of Tuscany (Pisa, Lucca, Siena, Florence). Castagneto Carducci is a beautiful medieval village dating back to the year 1000.

Casa del Poggio, with a beautiful sea view

The Casa del Poggio (house at the hill) is located in the hills of Castagneto Carducci and is part of our organic farm. It is immersed in a peaceful countryside surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and woodland and enjoys a beautiful view of the sea and the castle of Castagneto Carducci. At the same time its position allows you to reach the village in just 10 minutes by foot and the beaches of Marina di Castagneto in 10 minutes by car or bus.

La Bandita Dependance

Annex immersed in the garden of a typical Tuscan farm, we are in the countryside of Marina di Castagneto Carducci close to the sea, which can be reached on foot or by bike along the adjacent cycle path for about 2 km. A spacious room with an en-suite bathroom and a double bed, a separate entrance and a large garden available. Perfect retreat for travelers looking for a quiet, romantic and relaxing space.

The apartment is located in the historic center of Castagneto Carducci, recently renovated, while maintaining the rustic shapes and style. The nearest parking lots are outside the historic center.
