Monthly Rentals in Cascade-Chipita Park

Loved our stay! Beautiful area and house. Karole answered all my questions and was very responsive. Loved the fenced area for our dog. Very comfortable beds, couches, had everything we needed. Will highly recommend!

Mike was a charismatic, accommodating and thoughtful host. He even started a fire for us the first night and was very kind to us and our kiddos. His place was very clean, roomy, and lots of “extras” already supplied like detergent, foil, paper plates and honestly that was a really pain-free plus! Love the location, gotta drive to get to where you’re going but it’s tucked away in the mountain but downtown manitou is right there. Anyway, great stay. Would come again!!

We had a wonderful stay at this little cottage! The surrounding views were gorgeous! The cottage was in the perfect area for our adventures in CO Springs, Manitou and Woodland Park! We would definitely stay here again.
