This mid century home is located on a beautiful hill top acre featuring amazing Oro Valley city views that stretch across the valley- 45 miles to a distant view of Picacho peak. On the other side are stellar views of Pusch Ridge and the Catalina mountains, so close, you'll feel as if you can touch them. Walk or drive just 3 minutes through the neighborhood to the Pima Canyon trail head. Shopping and restaurants are just below. The pool is not currently heated but the jacuzzi is hot and ready!

Mountain views from the two decks, pool/hot tubs, pickleball, and four restaurants basically in your backyard, this gated well kept community is a perfect location and retreat. Tucson Auto Museum (!) and Walgreens also walkable. High ceilings here and located on the top level for less noise and better views.

Half acre, in central E. Richland Heights, we’re a touch modern with a dash of boho. Attached guest house ( private w/ key pad) is nearly 850 square feet with 12 ft. ceilings, 2 steel 6 ft. x 5 ft. windows (lots of warm natural light) remote shades, concrete floors, plus dedicated private wi-fi, Netflix/Prime/Hulu/Apple TV/MAX/HBO etc, air conditioning, washer/dryer and kitchen. Breville espresso machine, Wolf countertop oven, Bosch fridge. Samsung washer dryer. High Fenced in private patio.

Amazing view of the Catalina mountains with a central location. This charming upstairs studio apartment has a private entrance and is close to the University of Arizona, downtown, and University Medical Center. Features that guests love include a comfy king bed, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle. There is a delightful ramada area for relaxing outdoors. We are happy to share the pool with our guests in season (April - October). Covid vaccination required.
