It is located in the Bay of Cartaromana, overlooking the Bay of Naples (Vesuvius, Sorrentino Peninsula, Capri Islands, Procida and Vivara). The penthouse is on the second floor and consists of a bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed and kitchenette, and a bathroom, for a total of 40 square meters. The large terrace (50 square meters), half covered by a canopy, is equipped with every comfort.

The apartment is not far from the village of Ischia Ponte and the Aragonese Castle, which can be reached in a few minutes by a downhill road located in front of the apartment or along the romantic staircase of Via Sorronzano. Remember that each descent corresponds to an ascent!!!

"CASA DI NESTORE", is a studio of 27 m² on the ground floor, equipped with all comforts, the furniture is functional, comfortable and nice, the kitchenette, fully equipped, replaces the breakfast service and allows autonomous preparation of any meal; the bathroom has a shower and washing machine. The floor tiles and the kitchen splash guards have been hand painted by the owner. There is free parking for motorbikes, while for cars there is parking at 200 mt.;

The apartment is about 300 meters from the beaches of Citara, Cava dell'Isola and the "Giardini Poseidon" Thermal Park. The historic center is about 2 km away.
