Holiday rentals with beach access in Casamicciola Terme

We couldn’t have picked a better Airbnb! This place was in the perfect location in Marina Grande near Ferries, Bus and Train Lift up to Capri Center. We stayed 3 nights and loved every minute. We people watched from the front porch with stunning views and glasses of wine! We got to cook simple breakfast in the mornings and explore all of Capri! Everything in the island is breathtaking! Just do Capri and make sure to visit quaint Ana Capri which is quiet and charming with tons of artisan shops with amazing food! Also if you stay just book this place! The washing machine made it so easy for us to keep our wardrobe clean. Bed was comfortable and was fantastic! Enjoy everyone!!!

I can not say enough great things about our stay. The apartment was gorgeous, spacious, clean, and had amazing views of the water. The surrounding area had plenty of restraunts for us to choose and we were only a 10-15 min walk to a beach we went to several times. There is bus/taxi service right downstairs. I thought the place was even prettier than the pictures. Pat and Clemey were always communicative, helpful with suggestions, and even went out of their way to help us get our luggage that got misplaced by the airlines. When I come back to Naples I will 100% stay here again.

Great views from the balcony. Right on the water with a ton of restaurant options. Very spacious. A little difficult getting in and up the elevator but once we figured it out was very easy.

Thanks again for hosting us! We had a wonderful stay in Procida and it was far too short. The accommodation was great, quiet and perfectly located to be able to access it on foot from the port. We also did everything on foot on the island from the accommodation. Giuseppe is an extremely welcoming host, who gave us excellent recommendations. Thanks again! Kikko was really nice! He gave us good advises where to go at ischia. The flat is really nice and cozy and has everything you need. The surroundings are nice and quiet, you can even hear the waves in the night sometimes :) would defenitely stay there again.

Beautiful clean place with comfortable beds. They had a nice kitchen and great views from the balcony. Perfect location for walking around.

Unfortunately, I didn’t get the chance to meet Julia or see the apartment myself due to health issues. However, my friends were absolutely delighted with the place – cozy, spacious, and spotless. Communication with Julia via chat was smooth and pleasant. She is a wonderful host who provides clear directions to her apartment, helpful tips about interesting places to visit in the area, and—impressively—even public transport schedules nearby. My friends and I wholeheartedly recommend this place!

Cozy accommodation in an ideal location on the idyllic island of Procida. We loved sitting on the patio, looking out at the sea and watching the relaxing hustle and bustle of Marina Corricella.

As soon as we stepped into the house we felt at home. A place with a family history, Margherita’s house was memorable. Sitting outside and watching the sunset was unique…The location is calm and with a little walk you easily get to every place. We already think of coming back to Procida and stay longer at Margherita’s house. Marco really did a beautiful work to keep it comfy and familiar. Thank you Marco!

One of the best Airbnb experiences in 11 years. Beautiful house with a mind-blowing view of the sea and the mountain. The host met us and helped us carry our stuff from the bus stop in his car. He was always friendly and quick to respond. The house has everything you need. The house is a little further away from the general busyness but not so far away that it was a problem - perfect. In any case, it is better to have a car or scooter to get around the island easily. Next time in Ischia, we would be happy to stay here again.

Ideally located, facing the port and close to restaurants and means of locomotion. The apartment is tastefully decorated and perfectly matches the description. As for Mariangela, she is charming and very attentive. Thank you Mariangela for your warm welcome. We recommend it and will be happy to go back.

We had an amazing 4 nights in this beautiful location, Melania’s place is situated in an idyllic area. The apartment was lovely and had everything we needed. Melania gave us lots of suggestions of places to visit and where to eat and was very helpful. We would love to return again sometime in the future. This place is a real gem!

Maria is a fantastic host, very kind and helpful. The house is equipped with everything you need, the outdoor space is very pleasant and functional for returning from the sea. The location is very convenient, very close to the sea (on foot), the bus stop, shops and restaurants. I highly recommend it!

This was without a doubt the most beautiful place I have ever been. I did not believe the place would be as amazing as the photos and it was even better! The location was in a super convenient location for the port. It was also very easy to walk to the port to catch a taxi and go to other areas on the island. The host was very responsive and communicated well. We will certainly be back!

The place is in a picture perfect location overlooking the harbour , surrounded by local restaurants , boutiques all easy walking distance . Water taxis on hand in the harbour to take you to beaches . The little mini market surprisingly well stocked and literally just 2 minutes walk around the corner ., The buses were easy ( if a little crowded ) to get around the island and very cheap . Just a bit of an uphill walk to get to the stop in ghe heat . Taxis very expensive otherwise ! The house was very clean and homely with lots of crockery and well stocked full size kitchen etc . The fridge was stocked with starter essentials ( milk , fruit , bread water , even a bottle of wine and homemade marmalade ). The bathrooms had full size bottles of shower gel and shampoo and plenty of towels ( including beach towels ) . Washing machine very useful so didn’t need to take lots of clothes . A real home from home , well thought out for guests ( even chess and playing cards ) . Amazing kind host

Annamaria was a very generous and helpful host. We got around the language barrier by using the translate app. She gave us helpful tips about good restaurants and bars and provided a map of the city with points of interests marked on it. The location was perfect, very central and with beautiful surroundings. The private balcony was lovely to sit out in the evening to enjoy a glass of wine or two! Annamaria arranged for someone to collect us from the airport when we arrived and a taxi on our last day. We stayed for 10 days and she arranged for the apartment to be cleaned half way through our stay. She also gave us a welcome gift of beautiful pastries! I would recommend staying in Annamaria’s apartment and would definitely like to stay there next time we visit Napoli.

I highly recommend this room! It looks exactly like the photos—spacious and very comfortable! The location is excellent, just a short walk from the port, making it easy to explore other places. Ferry tickets can be purchased nearby, which was super convenient! Pamela is an amazing and understanding host. Our flight to Sorrento got canceled, leaving us unable to arrive as planned, but Pamela was extremely responsive and kind. She allowed us to postpone our stay by a day without any issues—we truly appreciate her flexibility! Upon arrival, Pamela’s husband warmly welcomed us. Since the room is on the top floor (around 3rd-4th floor), he kindly helped us carry our luggage upstairs and even provided helpful tips about local attractions. Pamela is a truly outstanding host—whenever we had questions or issues, she responded promptly with solutions. We’re so grateful for her kindness and patience. Thank you again for such a wonderful stay!

Great location with stunning outlook. Gio very helpfully introduced us to a local taxi driver who collected us from port and provided help through the week. Will miss sitting on the balcony watching the world go by.

We had a great stay in the heart of Sorrento. So fun to go right downstairs and have Sorrento at your fingertips. Costantino always had helpful suggestions and reached out several times to make sure we were having a wonderful stay. He’s a true pro!!

Our stay at Marco's place was lovely, the view from the balcony/patio was stunning! The accomodation was spotlessly clean, and we had everything we needed. The bed was comfy and the wifi worked great. Marco was very responsive to any questions we had, and sent us clear information before getting there on arrival/check in, as well as suggestions for restaurants/beaches/transport around the local area. The only thing to be aware of is that there are a number of stairs from street level to the house, so if stairs are not your friend, you might want to look elsewhere. Also, although parking is at the house, which worked fine, the driveway is more of an uphill squeeze, so if you are hiring a car, go on the smaller size to make getting up and down easier. That being said, there is a bus stop litterally outside the front of the house and the buses are cheap and regular, so you won't need to use your car everyday. - We did trips to Naples and Capri via the bus! Francesca is an excellent host. Very helpful, very kind and always willing to answer our questions and give us great tips. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. It is conveniently located close to the old town, port, train station and all the main attractions of the area. Francesca gave us accurate directions on how to access the apartment, and made check in and check out very easy. Our stay in Sorrento was very nice and apart from the excessive humidity of the area everything else was great!

perfect location for us to explore the surrounding area. A short walk from the bustling Sorrento. The apartment was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. Alberto gave us help with booking transport from Naples airport and even meet us at the bus stop. He could not have been more informative and kind.
