I would live here if I could. It’s that nice. Dale was by far one of the kindest people I’ve ever meet. She was so helpful. The home was perfect. The farm is simply beautiful. If you get a chance to stay here, do it. It’s a hidden gem.

I think I have the best Airbnb luck ever, but this tops it. I'd buy the place from him if he weren't such a splendid ambassador himself. Luke alone is worth the trip, but the house is perfect

We stayed at Katerina’s place for 6 nights while I was cleaning my aunts place out after moving her to assisted living. Her home was about 10 minutes from Katerina’s place, in Cartersville. The closest hotels are about 45m-1hr away in Farmville or Richmond. While it would have been a bit cheaper to stay at a hotel, I wasn’t looking forward to a 2 hr round trip every day, so I was lucky to find this place. The cabin has a beautiful view of the river. It was nice to have the hot tub to soak in after long, dusty days. Katerina was responsive to questions. The bed was a bit firm for our taste, but everyone has their own standards there. I got a chance to take a walk around the property and it’s lovely- very picturesque. Overall we had a nice stay, and if you are looking for seclusion, privacy, and peace, this has all those things. If you are looking for those things plus a modern aesthetic, you’ve found the place, hands down.

This house is perfect for a small family looking to visit the area. The location was great for us as we have family nearby and normally have to stay over 30 mins away when we come. The house is beautifully decorated with cute farmhouse vibes to fit the area. We did have a few cleanliness concerns but we made the host aware and she was outstanding with her responsiveness and willingness to resolve any issues that were brought to her. I truly believe the issue was with the cleaning company not completing their job to the best of their ability but I trust that the host is going to take care of it for future guests. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Chelsea is a wonderful host with great communication and we would love to stay here again when we return.
