The pool has a terrace and wooden pergola, deck chairs, and umbrellas. Completing the whole is Tuscan decor with stone walls, chestnut beams and terracotta floors. Casa Melograno has 2 double bedrooms, 1 sofa bed in the living room with a kitchen and 2 bathrooms.

The house is developed on two floors. On the ground floor living area, on the first floor sleeping area. Ground floor consists of large living room with equipped kitchen, fireplace and wood-burning stove. On the first floor there are two large bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with a 4 single beds, plus, possibly, a cot. There are 2 toilets, one per floor, with bathtub or shower. The house is simple but cared for in detail
