The Villa is located in Portovenere County, on the border of 5 Terre National Park, and features an amazing 5000 m2 garden (1.3 acres) + 100 meters of private coastline line (more than 300 feet), with smooth access to the water. The villa is nestled on a cliff, overlooking from a privileged spot the Gulf of La Spezia . During 2024 and 2025 the interior of the villa was completely renovated, with top of the line materials and appliances, turning every stay into an extremely enjoyable experience.

Apartment of about 38 m2 about 600 m from the sea and about 800 m from the International Marble Machinery Fair. The external entrance is shared with the hosts. You enter a well-kept garden and climb a flight of stairs to enter the apartment. Upon entering, we find the functional kitchen. A long corridor where we find a bathroom with a bathtub and a bedroom. Large windows let the sun into the house, and the host will try to be as helpful as possible.
