Excellent stay at Frédéric's. Very nice house, well furnished, well equipped. Very friendly contact and welcome from Frédéric. Everything was perfect!

Beautiful location for this old house that has its charm. A very nice view from the second floor bedroom. Possibility of then doing everything on foot and accessing the shopping street in 10 minutes' walk. Friendly stay. Host accommodating for the departure time in low season. A small point to note is that the sound insulation between the rooms could be improved. We appreciated the bouquet of fresh flowers on arrival.

A big thank you to Etienne and Valérie for their hospitality. The house is just perfect for a stay in Saint Malo. Very well equipped, it feels like home! Ideal location, quiet but not far from the main activities of the city. Flexible check-in to adapt to our baby and finally, very good responsiveness from the hosts who were able to answer our questions. We will be back!

the owner is charming, we were very well received as well as our dog who had a closed yard. The house is spacious and bright, perfectly equipped. The place is quiet, very quiet. For our sporting activity, we had 2 golf courses 5 km and 25 km. The village touches Granvile, which is very pretty. Thank you Yannick

We had a great time with the family for the Christmas holidays. The house was perfectly true to the description, as well as the promised view, no disappointment! moreover the house had been decorated for Christmas! the house is large and very warm and really conducive to family gatherings! in addition the hosts are very responsive and friendly , we had a small power outage at 10pm which was fixed very quickly with Sebastien's assistance. The game room and hot tub are really a plus , as well as the large fireplace that allows long cocooning evenings in the living room . We'll definitely be back!

Very pleasant stay in an extremely clean, very well-equipped cottage, where you can enjoy a large terrace (with plancha), the shared pool and the beautiful beach within walking distance. Our family from the US, Wales and London spent 5 amazing nights making memories at this great place! You can walk to the beach in less than 5 mins, walk to city center and great restaurants! I would recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in the Normandy area!

Very cute and comfortable cottage in a very quiet environment. We were able to easily store the bikes in the garden. Audrey is very responsive and friendly. I would highly recommend it!

Thank you for a wonderful stay in the cottage. A few days in the area were spent with our dog visiting Saint Malo, Mont St Michel, lunch in Saint-Suliac and a local walk along the river. We loved the pretty enclosed garden and enjoyed having our breakfast there whilst listening to the birds. We really appreciated the home from home feel, the comfy beds and the crisp white linens. Many thanks again Fiona for putting some groceries in for us, this was really very kind and very much appreciated. We would highly recommend a stay and would love to return in the future!

Wow! What a fabulous place! A gorgeously renovated old Property with a modern approach and still keeping a character feel. Everything that was needed was available and more! Delphine was so helpful and responsive when we asked questions. The area is stunning, we visited Mont st Michel (2nd trip), Cancale centre, port, Dinan, Dol de Bretagne, Dinard. We swam on the hottest day at Plage port Mer which is a gorgeous beach. One thing to note only is that you need to reverse or drive out on to a sometimes busy side road. Apartment ideally located a few metres from the beach. Balcony with a view to the beach.

Very comfortable place with everything thought of. Very peaceful and quiet. Comfortable bed but not suited to anyone 6ft and over as the bed has a footboard. Lovely deck off the bedroom to enjoy a morning coffee and the views.

Very comfortable and well located on quiet residential street a short level walk from the main St Malo train station and a 20 minute level walk to the touristic old town. Francoise has thought of everything to make her guests stay comfortable and easy. The apartment is extremely well supplied and equipped and we loved to have use of the outdoor courtyard. Francoise communicates very well and was there to check us in and give advice about St Malo when she said she would be. We would definitely stay in her apartment again.
