We are located steps from beautiful Ocean Park Beach. This 1 bedroom/1 bath 2nd floor apartment is nestled among tropical flowers, orchids and foliage. It includes an equipped kitchen, linens and a futon in living area - plus a new bathroom and A/C. The garden is gorgeous!!!! Coquis serenade you in the evening plus the fountain and wind chimes are devine. There are boogie boards, a kayak and even paddleball. Amazing restaurants and a variety of bars are just a block away on Calle Loiza.

We offer private entrance, full kitchen, A/C on bedroom, WiFi, Disney +, Hulu and Netflix. The airport and Old San Juan are only 15 mins. away from our place and there is access to Uber and public transportation. If you prefer to bring a car there is parking space in the street.

Comfortable and cozy rooms with bathroom, located in a safe and quiet area five minutes from the Luis Munoz Marin airport in SJ. Close to restaurants, fast foods, banks, pharmacies, casinos and the beautiful Isla Verde Beach. We recently installed solar panels with batteries to ensure our guests have power during the blackouts that have been occurring frequently in Puerto Rico lately. We also have a water cistern in case of a water emergency.

We present an apartment near Luis Muñoz Marin SJU airport. Beaches about 15 minutes away: Alambique and Carolina Spa. Supermarket and cafeteria (5 min walk), very quiet community for work or rest after a day at the beach or sightseeing in our beautiful Puerto Rico. Old San Juan is 20 minutes away by car Our goal is to create a cozy atmosphere, so that our customers feel that our place and Puerto Rico is also their home.
