Lovely Designer beach loft apt. Located in one of the most popular beaches in PR. El alambique is a preferred beach spot for people of all ages. We are located walking distance to the best hotels and restaurants in the isla verde area. We offer one assigned parking spot-and the building has private security 24/7. Across from the building we have a small shopping area with different restaurants and convince store. Has one bed for 2 adults & a convinient air matres Full size for a child if needed.

The Coral Beach in Isla Verde has direct access to the beach, pool, basketball court, tennis courts, a playground for children. The tourist area is full of restaurants, bars, services and intense day and night life. The Studio has a bedroom with a queen bed and a sofa bed in the living room. Air conditioning units, TV's, Cable + Internet and a battery-powered generator that guarantees continuous power supply from 4 to 24 hours in the event of power outages. Power Generator/ cistern. Private apt close to beach and airport. 7 minutes walking to the beach, 10 minutes driving from airport and Old San Juan. Private entrance, private parking inside of the property. Wifi, TV, equipped kitchen, and two working desks if you need to work remotely. The apartment is located in a residential area, a very tranquil street with little traffic noise. Tennis court in front in the premises (need to check Covid19 limitations at time of check in). Pets are welcome.

Our unit is a 1 Bed/1 Bath/1 spacious living room facing the patio, located in Isla Verde Atlantic View with back-up generator and cisterns. It's about 7-9 minutes drive from the San Juan International Airport, and near to many malls, grocery, beaches, restaurants. It's a very accessible location. You will have the first floor of the building for yourself (entire place stay). The owner will be living into the house in front of the apartment, but it does have its own private entrance.
