New air conditioning unit, remodeled bathrooms, partially renovated, with fresh indoor paint, carpet, & Led lighting. Living room, den, kitchen, gas stove, free Wi-Fi, central heat & air! We no longer accept pets! Guests have not been disclosing and paying the fees for them so we can no longer have them. If you have booked prior to 19 miles to Caverns, 52 miles Guadalupe Mountains. Some neighbors don’t all take pride in their homes and yards.The neighborhood is safe & quiet. Please read rule

Yellow Brick home! huge yard! beautiful home

This home has wood floors. 1200sf. Front porch with seating overlooking flowers and fruit trees. Huge fenced-in back yard with 2 large trees and a fire pit with seating and a grill. Wine fridge. 2-car covered parking. Quiet neighborhood. Some board & video games for the kids. My husband and I are people that love life and people. We have put so much love into this home, I'm sure you will be comfortable! Also suitable for the fur babies!Check out the Blue binder for rules & points of interest!

Welcome to The Little Farmhouse. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. This guesthouse shares one acre with the main house. There is ample parking for multiple vehicles and/or trailer parking. Pets are welcome. Home has forced air heating & cooling and is built within the workshop (guests will not have access and are not permitted to enter the workshop). The sunsets are beautiful with unobstructed views when you're out in front of the main house. Only 25 minutes to the caverns.

we really enjoyed our stay at this home. we were traveling with 5 kids, from the ages 5 months to 17 years old. it was cheaper than renting a hotel and wayyyyy nicer. the tub is amazing and the location was right in the middle of town. we would definitely come back to stay if we needed to come to carlsbad again.

This place was amazing ! Every single detail was so fabulous, I wanna take the time to say her art is so fenomenal and any other artist would recognize it , also the little things like providing you with things you might’ve forgotten to carry is so clutch. I’d definitely re book and miss it already , our entire family loved it including our doggies with the private backyard . The host was also super kind and flexible which we definitely appreciate.

Our family enjoyed our stay. I imagined that the 2 apartments were stacked, but they are both above a garage space. The directions were great, and we were able to find it in the dark. The home had everything we needed plus muffins! The kids raved about how comfortable the beds were, and I appreciated how uncluttered the space was; it had all we needed without being crowded. It was also probably the cleanest air bnb in which we’ve stayed; even the baseboards were spotless. We stayed to visit Carlsbad Caverns and felt that it was close enough for convince to even go back for the evening bat flight. The hostess was responsive and kind. We will definitely stay again if we go through the area.

This was a great base for my son and I to reach 2 national parks, both the caverns and the Guadalupe mountains. It has everything you need with several extra amenities, just in case you forgot something. Communication with host was quick and friendly. We'll definitely look this place back up, next time I'm in the area.
