Villa holiday rentals in Carloforte

Appartamento pulito, arredato con gusto e dotato di tutti i confort (climatizzatori in tutte le camere da letto , lavatrice, lavastoviglie e TV). Giardino ampio da goderselo appieno, mangiando fuori all'ombra e/o utilizzando l'ampio barbecue in muratura con lavandino annesso, che ho usato piùvolte anche per pulire il pesce evitando così di sporcare e fare puzza in casa. Parcheggio auto comodo fuori la casa. Flavia si è rivelata, fin dalla prenotazione, sempre disponibile per indicazioni e consigli su strade, spiagge e negozi della zona. Nel complesso esperienza più che positiva per la casa, le sue condizioni e la disponibilità dell'host.

La maison est presque parfaitement équipée et nous a offert un superbe logement pour un séjour entre amis d'une semaine. Nous avons pu profiter du vaste espace extérieur notamment pour nos repas. Un merci à Debra pour sa disponibilité durant notre séjour !

This beautiful villa is a perfect base camp for a peaceful sport family holiday with a car. A lot of hiking & biking possibilities, a large, nice garden with toys & playing possibilities for kids and beach nearby. The beds are comfortable and house has all necessary amenities. The third room is a mezzanine, good for sleeping (e.g. for bigger kids) but too low for adults to stand, access with steep wooden stairs (visible in the pictures). In practice the house ideally hosts one (large) family rather than two couples (with kids). Garden nicely decorated with great plants & night lights, beautiful views to the surrounding mountains.

What a beautiful place to stay! So clean, so tranquil, so spacious. Valeria was so responsive. I will absolutely stay here again when I am back in Nuxis!

Wir haben einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub in Sant Antioco verbracht. Das Haus ist komfortabel eingerichtet und der Außenbereich ist mit der großen Terasse sowie der Gartendusche besonders angenehm zu nutzen. Federico ist ein sehr professioneller und gleichzeitg ausgesprochen sympatischer Gastgeber. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung ist äußerst geräumig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden was mach so braucht und noch viel mehr! Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass es eine Kellerwohnung ist, aber es gibt einen schönen Garten. Die Eltern von Giuseppe wohnen im gleichen Haus und sind sehr nett und haben mir gute Tipps gegeben. La casa di Maria Teresa è un grazioso villino, in una zona appartata e silenziosa. E' ampio e confortevole, dotato di un ampio soggiorno con angolo cucina, di una camera matrimoniale , un bagno e un'ampia terrazza a loggia dove abbiamo fatto colazione e cenato molto volentieri anche perché dava su un bel giardino dal quale si scorgeva anche un bello scorcio di mare. La casa , luminosa, è dotata di tutto il necessario e anche di più . il valore aggiunto poi lo danno i padroni di casa , accoglienti e prodighi di consigli e spunti che ci sono stati utilissimi per conoscere questo lato della Sardegna . Consigliamo inoltre anche il forno a pochi passi dalla casa che ha allietato le nostre colazioni con i suoi dolcetti.

La posizione è molto buona, la villa è praticamente sul mare e molto vicina anche al paese. La parte di spiaggia davanti alla villa non è la parte migliore, ma basta camminare qualche minuto e si arriva nel punto più bello. L’unico problema della casa è lo scarico igienico. Non si può buttare la carta igienica nel water (ma ho scoperto che è un problema comune di tutta Carloforte)

We loved our stay at Villa Bianca and would highly recommend to families looking for a relaxing break. The villa is beautiful with views over the countryside and out to the coast and Isola Pietro are incredible. The pool area and gardens are beautiful, the pool was super for cooling off and swimming with the kids, nice beds and great bbq area. The villa inside is well equipped and very clean, and the beds felt like you were sleeping on a cloud. A car is required to drive into Calasetta and Sant Antioco, also make the most of the beautiful Oasi Blu agritourismo restaurant, which is right next door to the villa! The most incredible food. Thanks to Simona and team for always being responsive and helpful.

Abbiamo soggiornato dieci giorni presso la Villa di Giampiero e Valentina. La casa è a pochi passi dal mare in una zona tranquilla e comoda per raggiungere Carloforte. Le 4 camere da letto sono ampie e confortevoli, come il resto della casa che è stata recentemente ristrutturata con gusto. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il patio dove abbiamo sempre cenato e la zona barbecue con comodissima doccia esterna. Valentina è stata accogliente e molto disponibile.

Wir waren als Familie zu viert in den Herbst Ferien da. Es war wundervoll ruhig entspannend und schön. Die Temperaturen waren immer so zwischen 22 und 25 Grad also noch perfekt zum Baden im Meer und Strandferien. Als wir abreisten wurde dann schlecht Wetter. Es war ein super Aufenthalt. Die Villa liegt dierekt oberhalb eines der Schönsten Strände der Region (haben einige abgecheckt) es ist ein Sandstrand sehr ruhig und wenig Lärm und Leute. Es fehlt an gar nichts zum kochen Inventar etc Alles da was Familie braucht.Ein Auto ist zu empfehlen da es etwa 10–12 Auto Minuten des nächsten Städtchen Sant Antioco entfernt liegt.Aber mit dem Auto ist alles sehr gut zu erreichen. Ein schönes Cafe mit gutem Kuchen feinen Croissant und sehr gutem Gelati ist im Städtchen 15 Autominuten und heisst „Profumo di Caffe“ Wir kamen ultraentspannt zurück und Danken Emylie Sergio und Riccardo sehr für die Gastfreundschaft und das Willkommens Geschenk „Grazie per tutti“ gerne wieder.

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und idyllisch an einer ungeteerten Straße etwas außerhalb des Ortes, den man zu Fuß trotzdem noch erreichen kann. Vom Haus aus hat man durch die großen Panoramafenster und von der Terrasse aus einen herrlichen Blick über die schöne Landschaft bis zum Meer. Das Haus war sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet, geräumig, modern und voll klimatisiert. Stephanie war stets erreichbar, die wenigen Probleme die während unseres Aufenthaltes aufgetreten sind (Ausfall von Strom und Wasserversorgung nach einem Sturm) wurden beeindruckend schnell behoben. Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft außerordentlich wohl gefühlt und hatten einen tollen Urlaub.

The accommodation met our expectations. A quiet place to relax. Perfectly furnished and equipped house. Ice cream, watermelon and plenty of coffee were a pleasure. Access to the water is over large rocks but can be walked or driven to a convenient beach. We were quite bothered by flies, wasps and stinging mosquitoes. Overall a lovely accommodation.

It was a great location , very easy to move around to local beaches. Novella is very responsive for any issues and communication. We were very happy with our stay!

Our family; two adults, and three children (3, 6 and 9 years old) spent a wonderful week at Margherita’s place. The house was very clean, with a nice garden, and quiet and private surroundings. There is a large terrace in the shade, perfect for relaxing. Three bedrooms, but for one of them you have to go outside of the house and up some stairs. The pool was great; half of it was shallow (the two eldest kids could stand there) and the other half was very deep (perfect for jumping, even for adults). We had a great time!

Espaço muito grande e bom, tudo muito cuidado e agradável. O único defeito é ser um pouco longe dos vários serviços. Mas muito bom para relaxar no meio da natureza

A place to go off the big crowds in the north of Sardinia. Can recommend location, house and host. Nicely furnished. A couple of details that needed fixing and were, partly, taken care for. Price/experience ratio on the higher side.

Nous avons adoré séjourner dans la propriété de Stefano ! On y accède par une petite route en terre. La maison est située dans un joli coin de nature au milieu d'arbres et d'un petit verger. Elle est aménagée de façon moderne (connection wifi excellente) avec 2 salles de bain et une grande terrasse sur laquelle on peut manger avec vue sur la campagne. Petite cuisine simple pour préparer de petits repas. C'est vraiment un pur bonheur d'y séjourner. L'endroit est charmant et reposant. Nous le recommandons vivement.

Where do we even start! This place is amazing! The villa is huge! We hired both the ground appartment and also the 1st floor apartment. Even though there was 10 of us, it felt very spacious and we didnt feel crowded. The grounds are vast and the pool is massive. It felt more like a small hotel - lots of rooms and lots of space. Francesco was very helpful and accomodating - even though we do not speak Italian and he did not speak English, we managed to communicate without any problems. We had a perfect week at the villa!!

Sehr schöne Lage am Hang mit Blick auf Pool und Meer, Aussattung passt, Alessandro hat sofort auf Wünsche reagiert und extras ermöglicht. Nur die Sitzgelegenheiten auf der Terrasse könnten etwas bequemer werden, ansonsten super.

We had a fantastic stay in Marie Jose's place with our two year old son. The location is great for local beaches and sights and the view is stunning from the bedrooms and front garden. Our host was friendly and very helpful recommending his favourite beaches and beautiful spots nearby, especially for our young son!

Mario und Sylvia sind die Besten. Sehr nett, hilfsbereit, humorvoll… es war uns eine riesige Freude sie kennenlernen zu dürfen. Das Haus ist total gemütlich und liegt in ruhiger Umgebung. Auf der Einfahrt fährt man direkt unter einem Feigenbaum durch und hat sofort die richtige Atmosphäre. Der Garten und der Pool sind riesig, sehr gepflegt und wunderschön. Unser Sohn hat im Pool sogar schwimmen gelernt und auch für unseren Hund war es das absolute Paradies. Mario und Sylvia haben tolle Tipps für Unternehmungen die wir alle befolgt haben. In der Nähe sind tolle Strände und Buchten. Porto Flavia ist nicht weit entfernt und unbedingt einen Besuch wert. Sant Antioco und Calasetta sind schnell zu erreichen und bieten alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten die man braucht. (Und natürlich sind sie wunderschön)! Holt euch ein Eis und nehmt die Fähre nach Carloforte. Es lohnt sich. Es ist schwierig das in Worte zu fassen… es war der perfekte Urlaub. Danke Mario und Sylvia!!! Bis nächstes Jahr! 😍😍😍
