Beachfront holiday rental in Carloforte

we stayed in the house for 5 nights with two children and dog and felt very comfortable. Despite the wind and weather, you have a good opportunity to eat and linger on the terrace. We had our bikes with us and were able to explore the surrounding beaches. Also worth mentioning are the comfortable beds and the beautiful bathroom. Overall, a very good mix of old and new!

A beautiful villa, only 1 minute away from a crystal blue beach. We absolutely loved our stay there and really want to go back another summer! Fabio was really nice and accommodating. It has everything you need and I really recommend his place. 10/10 :)

Great location, a few details to take care of, but overall there is everything you need. Nice garden, spacious. The property provides everything you need for your stay, for other needs there is always a ready response to requests.

The house is beautiful , with large indoor and outdoor spaces, cared for in every detail and very clean . Surrounded by nature, it guarantees a peaceful and relaxing stay.

brand new and complete with everything in a very quiet area a short distance from the center. the exterior of the house is also well cared for and has an exclusive parking space. magnificent view from both the inside and from the veranda. spacious and clean bedrooms the kitchen is complete with everything you may need. we recommend it!!!!

Perfect stay! Chiara and Livio were impeccable hosts: very kind, always available and with very quick responses. The house is really nice, very comfortable and, to my great surprise, much bigger and more spacious than it looked in the photos (it's usually the opposite!). Very clean, cared for in every detail and complete with everything you need to feel right at home. An excellent experience in every aspect. Highly recommended!

Maria’s house is around 10 walking minutes to the center of carloforte and has a quite big garden. It is very quiet when we chill in the garden but also not so far away from the town center where all the restaurants and cafe are. There is a supermarket 5 minutes away. The house itself is very clean, spacious and is well decorated. My husband and I had a quite wonderful time while we are here. Maria and her husband picked us up when we arrived at Carloforte and brought us to her place and they were very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend her place to couples or family who would like to enjoy a chill time at Carloforte.

Cristiana's apartment is located in a very nice residence with sea views and only a few minutes from the sea directly on Cala Grotta. In the apartment we found very helpful information about the most beautiful beaches and restaurant tips (my recommendation Due Fratelli Sant' Antioco). It was very advantageous that the sensational seawater infinity pool (end of September) was still open. So we were always able to swim even in heavy seas. The residence is the ideal base for exploring the jewel of Sant' Antioco. Cristiana was always there for us and responded immediately to inquiries. Grazie Cristiana

Dalia is an exquisite and kind person. The apartment is a relaxing place with a beautiful view from the terrace, especially out of season, on an island that is a real gem. We spent a few days of our honeymoon there and honestly it was never so worth it, we hope to be able to return. Recommended for those who want to spend a few days completely disconnecting from their daily lives. Francesco and Giulia

Upon arrival in Carloforte we were greeted by Marinella, who accompanied us to the house, she was very kind and very helpful. The house matches the description perfectly, it is equipped with everything, we appreciated the outdoor spaces very much, in general all the rooms are very warm and cozy as a real house! The outdoor space also offers a barbecue and the pool is perfect for relaxing at sunset after a day at the beach. Everything was perfect for us!!

We had a fantastic stay at Massimilianos place. There was always a quick response to our questions both before and during our stay, which was very reassuring. We were received at the ports and guided all the way to the apartment. The apartment was incredibly cozy and everything was nice and clean. Only challenge: There wasn't much to buy on the island and the restaurant wasn't very good, so everything has to be brought to the island. We enjoyed our holiday and can only give our best recommendations.

We stayed at Baby House for the second year. Like the previous experience, we had a very good time. The apartment is really nice, tastefully furnished, attention to detail and very clean. Mr. Grazia, Gianni and Giulia are friendly and considerate. No longer it is not possible to think about vacations in Calasetta without staying at this jewel.

We had a wonderful relaxing week in Carloforte, and wished that we stayed longer on this lovely peaceful island. Luisa is a fantastic host, as well as her husband Dino. Carlo was welcoming and attentive to our needs. The house is very nice with its garden. Some mosquitoes outside in the evening so bring a repellent. The air conditioning works well during the day for naps. The neighborhood is quiet, we sleep very well. Thanks Carlo for the nice welcome!

All really good for the price! To the outdoor area you have to go up a staircase leading into the basement apartment. The outdoor area is now tiled with stone slabs. The nearest supermarket is 1.4 km away - with a car no problem, without it if you want to buy drinking water. The bedrooms are separated from the main room by sliding glass doors, which allows little privacy when both bedrooms are used. I was there on my own, so no problem

We had a great time! The owners are very helpful and friendly and the house is even more beautiful than it appears in the photo. It is a villa located in a very quiet private condominium area. It has 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and a very nice and well-kept garden from which you can enjoy a fabulous sunset on the island of Carloforte and a beautiful starry sky. In the garden there is a barbecue, which we have used twice, a shower, two armchairs, a sofa and a table with chairs. Kitchen is functional and complete with everything. We found the house very clean and tidy. The rooms and in general all the spaces are spacious and fresh. You can comfortably reach the beautiful Big Beach in a 5-minute walk. By car you can reach the village of Calasetta with less than 10 and Sant'Antioco in about 15 minutes. In a maximum of 30 minutes by car you can reach all the places on the island. It was an unforgettable experience and we will be staying again with great pleasure. Thank you!

Federica was a lovely host and gave us lots of information on what was going on in the area. The mezzanine set up and sharing of walls with the other appartments can be a bit disruptive to people (like my husband), but it was a non-issue for me. Location was fantastic and walkable to many nice restaurants and bars. Federica has an extensive background in hospitality. She had water in the fridge and snacks upon arrival. We had a lovely time and would recommend.

The description of the host does not fully make the beauty of the place, a U construction divided into several units. And it turns out to be a unique place to share moments of relaxation and serenity. The house has a shared front where people sit to chat or get cool, and a private back, with a beautiful view of the gulf where you can enjoy the refreshing breezes. There is no air conditioning in the house but we, at the end of July, did not feel the need. The house is equipped with everything you need, nothing is missing, and being on two floors it turns out to be very comfortable even if you are more than two people. For us, the climate in the former tonnara was unforgettable, with the sea 20 meters away and the tranquility that distinguishes it, and if we want to find a negative note, it is that it is a little outside the village (about 4 minutes by car). But this or on my own is a good thing. Thank you Ilaria for your availability, we will definitely be back.

Best location in Porto Pino - really close to the beach and our sailing venue. Yet extremely private and peaceful. Dani was incredibly attentive and helpful to all our needs. Will absolutely return to stay in Villa Lucia if back in Porto Pino one day.
