The apartment consists of a single space with a niche that houses a custom-built kitchenette. It accommodates two people thanks to a comfortable sofa bed. The property also includes a bathroom with a window. There is a bench beside the entrance belonging to the property. Coin-operated laundry nearby.

For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

Studio apartment in the archeological part of Sant'Antioco. What people love about my house is that it reminds of a grandmother’s house, in fact it was my grandmother’s house! What people like less: there is not so much natural light in the bedroom, but this is the reason why the temperature is very cool and fresh also in August.
