My home is in the lovely Westend area of Barry, a leafy suburb 5 minutes from the beautiful beaches and coastline. It’s a large Victorian house built in 1869 and retains its period features. For Glastonbarry fans we are 5 mins walk to Romilly Park where the fabulous festival is situated. Relaxing stylish studio located on the mountain with picturesque walks on your doorstep. The Studio is attached to our smallholding however you have your own entrance along with private parking and garden. Please note this is part of our home so ideal for relaxing, walkers/cyclists or couples who want to relax but not to party, loud music etc, we respect our neighbours and therefore our quiet hours are 10pm- 6am. The hot tub is only available until 9.30pm and only quiet music. *No pets*

Set on the edge of Victoria Park, this stylish detached garden annex is a perfect haven for visiting the near-by attractions of Cardiff. A large double bedroom, with a king-size bed, en-suite, and kitchenette. The sitting area with access through bi-fold doors onto a private patio overlooking our garden with a BBQ and garden furniture. The annex has its own access, TV, WiFi. Easy walking distances to some great restaurants and a beautiful park.

There is a small convenience store within 5 minutes walk, the nearest public house is only a 10 minute walk.
