Spacious and stylish king room set on the first floor, accessed via stairs. Features a comfortable king bed, Smart TV, workspace, and coffee station—perfect for relaxing or working. The modern bathroom includes a walk-in shower (no bath). Bright, airy, and thoughtfully designed for a comfortable stay. Please note: access is via stairs to the first floor, so may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.

A family room with twin beds which can form a super-king plus a double sofa bed, a single bed and a baby's cot. A full bath and shower, wifi, TV and work desk. When booking guests must tell us how they want the beds configured - for example a super-king plus a sofa bed, or three singles etc.
