Full foot on about 65 m2, facing south with a wooden terrace of 25 squaremeters, a large bay window, it is spacious, clear and quiet at only 200 m from the costal footpath GR 34, the port,the beach of Théven ...lovely walks are possibel direction Plouescat or Roscoff. Le Petit Vilar is a newly renovated former outbuilding in a very quiet and wooded site. All the accommodation is on one level. It is located close to the GR 34 and many short hiking trails. The nearest beach is about ten minutes by car. The village of Locquénolé, with its grocery store, its Romanesque and Baroque church and its Freedom Tree, is within walking distance. The accommodation does not include a TV but is equipped with Wi-Fi. Bike shelter.

The outbuilding is composed of a living room with an open equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom with toilet. The outside allows you to eat and relax on the terrace (garden table, deckchair, barbecue). During your stay, you can do anything on foot!
