We absolutely love the house and its beautiful surroundings – it truly feels like a happy place. The house itself is very comfortable, and the location is perfect for hikes and day trips. But the real highlight is simply spending time in the garden, enjoying a glass of wine or cider while watching the sea. It’s the perfect holiday home for anyone looking to slow down, unwind, and just breathe for a while.

Emanuel has furnished his house very nicely and cozily. You feel at home there from the very beginning. Emanuel is an excellent host. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with a few small gifts from him. He even supplied us with eggs from his chickens in between. I can definitely recommend the place! We would come back again and again.😊

Isabelle is THE perfect hostess. She was always there for us with advice and action. Our dog was well taken care of. She got her cuddle blanket just like we did. It was like visiting a good friend you've known for a long time. The apartment is well equipped down to the smallest detail. The kitchen and bathroom in particular were excellently furnished. Everything was lovingly furnished and very tastefully decorated. A little home!

We had a lovely stay in Santec. We had a very nice welcome. The cottage is clean and thoughtfully decorated. We did not lack anything and the garden is very beautiful.

The accommodation is very spacious, perfectly equipped and really comfortable. Host was very responsive and available throughout the stay. I recommend it without hesitating!

Compliant accommodation, perfect setting (set back from the centre for peace and quiet but not too far to be able to walk there), well placed in Brittany to be able to go to Roscoff as well as Crozon. Finally, Solenn is discreet and we had very cordial and friendly exchanges with her. We keep the accommodation in our favourites 👍

A very good family stay in a beautiful spacious house, well equipped, really very close to the sea. Everyone had their own privacy. A large garden where children could play in peace. For a family vacation grandparents, children, grandchildren it was a success. The little ones particularly enjoyed the pool. Aurélie, very friendly, has always responded very quickly to our requests of any kind. Access to the sea by a small path is very nice , you can let the children go without fear of cars. With family or friends, a beautiful and very well designed house! The large bays and windows give a through view of both a very beautiful countryside and the sea a little further away. The distribution of the rooms allows real privacy (several bathrooms and toilets). Living room, lounge, kitchen, terraces with a great barbecue on one side and brazier on the other: great! Elegant, spacious and bright house (even more in the afternoon when the sun floods the southwest facing rooms) with a breathtaking view of the rooftops of Morlaix and the viaduct. Very responsive and welcoming hostess. We would unreservedly recommend this listing.

Dream location! The tiny house is very comfortable and allows you to stay there easily for a few days. An incredible view and top-notch amenities.

PERFECT!!! The accommodation is renovated with great taste, with attention to detail in a modern style, with quality materials. Everything is done to make people who rent this apartment feel good. I couldn't write this message without mentioning the two TVs in the accommodation, one in the living room and the other in the bedroom, which are also chosen for well-being, but I'll leave the surprise to the next occupants.😉 Congratulations to you Laurent for the renovation, it was an excellent discovery of the place. Also, Laurent was very responsive despite our late request to occupy the accommodation. Thank you for everything.

A great stay The accommodation is tastefully decorated, it is cozy thanks to the wood fire. The kitchen is fully equipped so convenient and pleasant for cooking! The bedding is great, which is rare. The accommodation is very well located, there are 2 car parks nearby, very accessible. The latter is located across the sea, a treat. As for Emmanuel, the host, he is very friendly, responsive, and available. A kid from the country like we love with lots of recommendations! Claire's stay was excellent. Flawless accommodation, spacious, clean and well arranged. The equipment is complete and the electric car terminal is a real plus. The places are beautiful, we are in Brittany. Claire and Christophe were welcoming, good tips for visits. I would recommend it in a second.

We had a very good 4-day stay, Florence is responsive to messages and very accommodating. Ideal with a baby because there is all the equipment and house well located not far from the sea and shops within walking distance. I recommend it.
