If you want a wonderful house in Sardenia - This it is! We enjoyed every Moment in this house.

This is the perfect spot to enjoy the views of the nearby beaches and marinas of the upscale Porto Cervo. Tucked away in a complex that’s just a short walk from all of the lovely yachts - the view from the roof is a stunner! The house has everything you need. Very cute front yard and patio, good internet, clean and stocked. Elisabetta was very welcoming and helpful. One thing to note is you will get three keys and have to use one of them to open the arm for the gate to drive in. Very easy. Area is very upscale and safe . The beach free parking card provided was amazing and made visiting the beaches a breeze. If you want to visit Porto Cervo, this is the place to stay!

Wonderful stay! Silvia’s apartment was absolutely stunning, super clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. We felt at home right away. Silvia is a fantastic host. Kind, helpful, and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Our stay went very well. We were able to enjoy the beautiful villa, well located, quiet. This despite a rainy April weather at first, then very windy. The environment, especially the island near the Caprera, lends itself to beautiful hikes. The village of La Maddalena is very close, 5' by car, and there is everything you need. The host received us very well and was very accommodating for check-in and check-out times.

Spectacular stay, immersed in the Gallura countryside, in the garden of the house tall oak trees, shady, and a beautiful swimming pool to cool off in the absence of a nearby beach. We had the very pleasant company of two kittens, polite and affectionate, and as night fell, a curious but discreet hedgehog visited us. Very fresh house inside, a pleasant surprise for the summer that is beginning. Unexpected comfort in a country house: the dishwasher! It saved us from tedious post-meal household chores. Comfortable beds, a large bathroom with a washing machine, and a large and bright dining room. And surprise... free wifi! We thank Antonio for the pleasant weekend and we will be back!

Beautiful location on the hills behind the Costa Rossa. Our son loved playing in the garden, and dinner on the shady terrace at sunset was a treat. Birdsong, otherwise hardly any sounds. Great beaches nearby. Martina was very welcoming. With Google Translate, the translation into German was also done. We highly recommend the place.

We felt very comfortable and can only recommend this accommodation! :) The place is nicely decorated, clean and has everything you need. We cooked every night and nothing was missing.. the bed was cozy and there were, among other things, beach toys, a music box and good Wi-Fi. The contact with Ahmed was straightforward and friendly:) It's a good idea to have a bike or car, but the location is great for exploring the north of the island! You can enjoy the tranquility and see the sea from the terrace! We would definitely book this place again!:)

Dario's home is amazing and he's a fantastic host. The space was clean, well-equipped, and larger than expected. And Dario even helped us with recommendations and reservations. The pool is wonderful and heating it is worth the the extra fees. We hope to return to beautiful Sardinia and stay in this remote and very special place again some day.

Enrico was a lovely host. He said to always ask him for beach recommendations so he could recommend something based on the direction of the wind and he never missed! He was also very helpful with any other sort of local recommendations for restaurants or other things to do, and unerringly friendly. He lives above the guest house, but it's very private. The location is absolutely stunning, the pool is even better than the picture, the garden is absolutely teeming with life. We were there in May, so it was full of flowers, butterflies, dragonflies, and frogs in the pool. We were also visited daily by the two dogs who live on the property. We had a wonderful time. An incredibly beautiful jewel just outside. The decor was tasteful and of high quality. Ghislaine is a very warm and accommodating hostess. Despite the language barrier, we were able to coordinate well via the translation app. The outdoor area, the garden and the pool are fantastically beautiful. Ghislaine's small touches complete the picture perfectly. We will be happy to come back!

We met very nice and very open people. The place is quiet and peaceful. Very well proportioned. Very nice pool. Close to Santa Teresa. Nice little town. Beach (very nice). Nearby. Excellent. 👌 🪴😘

THE VIEW!!! We thought the view would be good but it was actually spectacular!!! Loved watching the boats all afternoon and had morning sun with a shaded late afternoon patio for lunch and dinner. The air conditioning works VERY well and it’s in every room Including the living room! Loved having the extra bedroom upstairs with a bathroom connected. An exceptional stay in this lovely haven. The house is very well laid out with a decor with a lot of charm Cindy and Gerald offered us an extremely friendly welcome and were ultra responsive Cindy gave us all the addresses and activities to do in the region We felt at home The only negative is that the week went by too fast!! haha A huge thank you to Cindy and Gerald We'll be back next season!!

Fiorella is a great and super friendly and warm hostess. Even though she didn't speak English, you could communicate with her well. At check-in, her friend Laura greeted us, who speaks great English and also gave us great recommendations in the area. The location of the apartment is really great and right on the beach. A parking space is available right outside the front door. There is a supermarket nearby. What could possibly be modernised is the bed frame and the mattress. The freezer compartment flap had to be replaced because the handle was broken. The shower hose should also be checked, as water splashes out of the wall there. Otherwise, everything was great and we had everything we needed for a nice stay. Thank you Fiorella for the wonderful time we had with you. We will be happy to come back.

We had a fantastic stay once again and it was definitively not the last time for us at this beautiful place.

We stayed here for a couple nights and would definitely stayed here next time we visit. Comfortable bed, ice cold a/c, quiet, and a water view from the terrace are all we need to be happy guests. Valentina’s place checked all those boxes.

Our stay with Luisa and her husband was very nice. The place is very, very clean, furnished with a lot of love for detail. There is simply everything you need, but really everything. We felt very comfortable. Our hosts are very friendly and provided us with good tips, they were always easily accessible and answered all questions quickly. Thank you so much for this lovely stay.

A beautiful and quiet house by the sea with a loving host: In the town of Palau you can walk to everything, the beach, the plaza, the best pizza in the world ("Il Vecchio Stazione"), Stefano takes good care of his guests and you can relax very well in his vacation home. Also suitable for families with (small) children, the beach is just perfect for children!

We had an idyllic stay in Myriam's house, surrounded by small mountains and quiet. Ideal for a family or romantic holiday.

Beautiful apartment with a nice big garden and lots of shade. Decorated with lots of attention to details. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. Quiet at night. And mosquito nets, which is a rare find. Michael is an amazing host, very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend!!
