Wir haben 2 Wochen mit unseren beiden Kleinkindern in der Doppelhaushälfte verbracht und haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen. Die große Terrasse mit Blick in den Pinienwald und warmer Außendusche waren unser Highlight. Es war insgesamt sehr ruhig in der Wohnsiedlung mit netten Nachbarn nebenan. Die zwei Betten unter dem Dach erreicht man über eine steile Treppe mit Geländer. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Spülmaschine war super. Die Fliegengitter vor allen Türen&Fenstern sind prima. So konnten wir nachts kühl schlafen. Der nahe gelegene Strand war im Oktober größtenteils mit Seegras bedeckt. Für Spaziergänge und tolle Ausblicke aber dennoch wunderschön. Marco war immer gut erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Die liebe Putzfrau hat uns noch Spielzeug zur Verfügung gestellt. Es gab einen Sonnenschirm und extra Badehandtücher. Wir durften am Abreisetag länger bleiben wegen des späten Rückflugs. Vielen Dank nochmals dafür! Wir behalten unseren Sardinienurlaub in bester Erinnerung!

This is the perfect spot to enjoy the views of the nearby beaches and marinas of the upscale Porto Cervo. Tucked away in a complex that’s just a short walk from all of the lovely yachts - the view from the roof is a stunner! The house has everything you need. Very cute front yard and patio, good internet, clean and stocked. Elisabetta was very welcoming and helpful. One thing to note is you will get three keys and have to use one of them to open the arm for the gate to drive in. Very easy. Area is very upscale and safe . The beach free parking card provided was amazing and made visiting the beaches a breeze. If you want to visit Porto Cervo, this is the place to stay!

To byl cudowny pobyt. Domek jest uroczy, w pieknej okolicy. Dookola domu głazy i stare drzewa. Plac wokół domu zadbany. W mieszkaniu jest wszystko, pralka, zmywarka, ekspres. Dwa kotki witaly nas codziennie. Dziekujemy za wszystko, bedziemy polecac. Monika, Tomek i Marcin z Polski.

Antonio hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen! Der Ort und die Lage des Hauses sind zauberhaft und sehr idyllisch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sauber und das Haus hat ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Aufenthalt!

My mum and I felt right at home at Giovanna's. Giovanna was very friendly and always responded quickly (: The house is even more beautiful than in the pictures and very spacious! The kitchen is super equipped and the furnishings are modern and nicely decorated. The nearest beach is only a 5 minute walk away. There are mosquitoes on site, but there are mosquito nets on all the windows and citronella anti-mosquito coils if you want to sit outside. So the mosquitoes didn't bother us and we slept very well. We also really liked the area, it's very quiet and the beautiful Spiaggia di Bassa Trinita is only 2 minutes away by car. But with a short walk you also have a nice view of the islands of Spargi, Budelli and co and access to other small beaches that are more sheltered from the wind. We really enjoyed our stay at Giovanna's!

Die Unterkunft entsprach absolut unseren Erwartungen. Alles sehr sauber, alles Notwendige und mehr im Haus vorhanden. Die Wohnung hat alles um die Temperaturen gut zu ertragen- Klimaanlage, aber auch Schattenplätze auf der Terrasse und im Garten. Und natürlich der nahegelegene Strand mit dem mega schönem Wasser. Restaurants und der nächste Supermarkt sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Aber ganz viele Pluspunkte bekommt aus unserer Sicht die Gastgeberin Claudia. Sie hat sich um alles was wir brauchten gekümmert. Sie hat immer schnell reagiert und ist so lieb und nett. Wir können Claudia und die Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Nous avons ADORÉ la maison d'Eleonora ! Le cadre est exceptionnel ! Le grand jardin, la terrasse et le salon de jardin permettent de profiter de la vue sur mer et sur la forêt environnante. Le chant des nombreux oiseaux ajoute du charme au lieu. La maison en elle même est bien équipée, spacieuse et très agréable également. Nous etions avec un bebe de 1 an et un enfant de 5 ans. Chaise haute, lit bebe et baignoire de bebe sont mis a disposition. A moins de 20 min on a pu profiter de plages et promenades magnifiques notamment près de la Costa paradisio et de isola rossa. un peu plus loin nous aimé castelsardo et santa teresa de gallura notamment. Eleonora et sa maman ont été très accueillantes et disponibles ! un des meilleurs logements où nous avons pu séjourner. Merci ! Nous espérons revenir un jour et il est certain que nous conseillerons ce logement à nos proches.

This was our second stay at Patrizia's gorgeous house, we booked as soon as we got home after our visit the previous year, which probably is the highest recommendation I can give. The house is in a beautiful, quiet, rural location with stunning views over the surrounding hills and coastline. The house is rustic inside and out, in-keeping with the old Sardinian farm house that it was. It was clean and tidy inside, with everything that we needed during our stay. The surrounding gardens are left beautifully wild and we saw a variety of birds and wildlife during our stay (including tortoises!). Despite the rural location, it is still within easy driving distance of the beautiful coast, the town of Palau and surrounding countryside. The major supermarkets in Palau are approx' 20 minutes drive away and to get to the nearest beach is similar. We went for some amazing hikes during our stay with a mixture of coastal walks and mountain trails.

The apartment is nice and very spacious with everything you need and the community pool it’s lovely! It does get very hot without AC but the fans did help.

Antonella s place was perfect for our family. Room was big , very clean with a little kitchen and a private bathroom. The place where is located is very peaceful , it has also a lovely pool with beautiful surroundings. You are 20 minutes away from beautiful beaches and very close to Olbia airport. Thanks very much Antonella for everything, you made us feel very welcomed and very comfortable.

Luana’s house was fantastic! The property was spacious and well-equipped, with each room having its own bathroom, which added extra convenience and comfort. The good-sized washing machine was a nice bonus. The location was perfect, close to amazing restaurants and beautiful beaches. Luana was very responsive whenever any issues arose, ensuring our stay was smooth and enjoyable. We had a wonderful time!

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana meravigliosa nell’alloggio di Cristian. L’appartamento è situato in una zona tranquilla ma comunque vicina al centro, ideale per chi ha un’auto. La casa è dotata di tutti gli accessori e le comodità necessarie per una vacanza perfetta. Cristian è stato sempre disponibile e attento, pronto a rispondere a ogni nostra esigenza. Un soggiorno che consigliamo vivamente!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. La maison est orientée ouest avec une très belle vue sur plusieurs kilomètres de distance et en partie sur la mer. Elle dispose de 2 terrasses bien aménagées, bien protégées du soleil dont une en herbe. Elle est très bien équipée avec tout le confort dont on peut avoir besoin : 2 fours, un lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, grand frigo, congélateur. Annagiulia nous a transmis par messagerie instantanée toutes les informations utiles pour notre arrivée et notre départ, ainsi qu'une liste de sites et de restaurants aux alentour.

Niesamowite miejsce na niezapomniane wakacje. Spełniło moje wszystkie oczekiwania. Dom jest przepięknie położony, otoczony przepięknym gajem oliwnym a codzienne koncerty cykad dodają mu jeszcze więcej uroku. Miejsce idealne dla osób szukających odpoczynku z dala od zgiełku miasta - a jednocześnie blisko przepięknych plaż, restauracji i atrakcji. Wygodny i dobrze wyposażony dom, taras i basen. Miejsce marzeń w którym przyjmie cię uroczy i ciepły Paolo. I tylko można żałować, że wakacje tak szybko minęły…

Saubere schöne und neue Villa mit allen nötigen Ausstattungen. Sogar ein Sonnenschirm für den Strand war vorhanden. Zwei Küchen und einen Aussengrill und einen wunderschönen grosser Aussentisch haben den Aufenthalt in der Villa verlockender gemacht. Wir haben mehrere Abend dort verbracht. Sehr empfehlenswert! Cecilia und Roberto waren jederzeit erreichbar. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Besonders der grosse Pool war ein grosses Highlight.

The four of us stayed for a week at the end of September and had great weather. Beautiful location, very comfortable accommodation and great for exploring surrounding area. A car is necessary but found the driving very easy. We had a wonderful week!

Jacqui’s place was amazing! We spent a week there with a family of 7 and had the most wonderful time together. It’s beautiful and even way better than in the pictures. This place gives you all the rest and piece of mind that you can wish for. Super clean and very stylish, beautiful with attention to details. We enjoyed it very much. It’s quite special that there is a main house and 2 separate tiny houses with a bath/shower. The surroundings are very nice and there is also a small village close by. It’s just great! Can really recommend Jacqui’s place. 10+ for sure

Die Unterkunft von Nicky war toll. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage ,wir wollten eine Woche Ruhe und Erholung , das haben wir in dieser Unterkunft gefunden. Danke an die Gastgeber für den sehr netten Kontakt , die tollen Tipps für die Umgebung und die Privatsphäre, welche wir jeden Tag genossen haben . Für uns eine perfekte Woche. Klare Weiterempfehlung. Wir kommen sicher wieder .

Ci siamo trovati divinamente bene in una zona tranquilla, con tanto di giardino recintato utile al gioco dei bambini; ingresso all'appartamento indipendente con tavolo e sdraio esterni senza ed ampio spazio privo di sguardi indiscreti: si può tranquillamente uscire in mutande che nessuno vicino può vedere... parcheggio auto davanti all'ingresso. spiagge raggiungibili a 15 minuti d'auto. superstrada attaccata a casa. Regna la tranquillità di sera, con un buio profondo privo di illuminazione pubblica e privata, con un cielo stellatossimo.

Nous avons passé une semaine, au calme dans cette petite maison très bien équipée (Très bonne literie) très propre, très bien placée à proximité des commerces, plages.... quelques minutes en voiture. Cunchetta est une hôte très accueillante, serviable, disponible. MERCI pour tout Je le recommande vivement

Location perfetta per tutti coloro che vogliono lasciarsi alle spalle il trambusto cittadino ed immergersi nella quiete del paesaggio marittimo che la Sardegna offre!!! La villa si trova infatti in una posizione ottima, immersa nella pace della pineta, dalla quale è possibile raggiungere facilmente a piedi sia la splendida spiaggia che i vari locali nelle vicinanze! Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato L’alloggio molto pulito, curato e con tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Inoltre Mihaela e Luigi si sono mostrati sin dal momento della prenotazione molto disponibili, e anche durante la durata del soggiorno hanno sempre risposto in modo puntuale alle nostre domande e richieste😊 VILLA CONSIGLIATISSIMA!!! Grazie di tutto!

El alojamiento nos gustó mucho. Está muy cerca de la playa de La Cinta, y a unos pasos del centro de San Teodoro. Tiene un jardín privado y una pequeña terraza donde era muy agradable desayunar. Tiene bicicletas y BBQ, aunque nosotras no las usamos. El aire acondicionado se agradece muchísimo, y enfría la casa enseguida. Íbamos buscando un alojamiento con cocina, ya que en Cerdeña es muy difícil comer después de las 14:30. La casa tenía prácticamente de todo (aceite, sal, champú, café, productos de limpieza…). También Ilaria nos dejó un par de botellas de agua y unas cervezas en la nevera, un detalle. Como única pega, el baño estaba sucio (con restos de caca) y tuvimos que limpiarlo. El día del check out le pregunté si sería posible dejar la casa un poco más tarde, pero tenía otra reserva y no fue posible. Pero bueno, yo sabía la hora del check out porque la ponía en el anuncio. Esto también lo pone en el anuncio, pero es importante y por eso lo destaco: no hay wifi. SIN DUDA, REPETIRÉ
