Had a lovely stay. The complex is beautiful, nice pool and gardens. Adriano was very helpful. It’s a great location, within 15-min drive to many beaches and nearby towns.

This was a beautiful place - spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and exceptionally well-equipped. Every detail had clearly been thought through, from practical touches like ice cube trays and ice lolly moulds to the grill and toastie maker in the kitchen. The home itself was lovely and comfortable, and the surrounding area was just as stunning. There were several beaches nearby, the local town was within walking distance, and other great spots were just a short drive away. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We had a fantastic time and would absolutely love to return! We loved Palau and we loved this place!

Very nice and comfortable place, right in the middle of the marina great location very close to one very small and quiet beach. the place is perfect for 2 max 3 people. air conditioning impeccable. the place has all the amenities in the flat, eg dishwasher and washing machine work perfectly. only negative is the absence of wi-fi which is not convenient if you do not have data otherwise we loved it

We were very nicely received by Chiara and were even able to check in a little earlier. The accommodation has everything you need. Clean, well-maintained and well appointed. Super centrally located, everything can be reached very quickly by foot. Parking is also available, a few free if you are lucky, otherwise €1 per hour, both of which can be reached in a minute by foot. Questions were answered quickly via Whats App or Airbnb App and we were also provided with local and regional recommendations on arrival via Whats App. Finally, you can say that you can't go wrong with booking the accommodation and if you want to stay centrally in Olbia, we would recommend this apartment. The house is located just 3 blocks from the main avenue. The bus that brought us from the port left us half a block away and we took the bus to the airport in the same place (half a block from the accommodation), the location is wonderful. I rented a car and was able to park every day without a problem. The neighborhood is quiet. The house is really equipped with everything you need for your stay. From a washing machine to a beach umbrella. It was very comfortable and easy to stay, Gabriela is very friendly, she was in contact with us the whole time in case we needed anything. I will definitely rent here again if I go back to Sardinia!

Really nice apartment with a beautiful view of the center of San Pantaleo, a convenient town to quickly reach the various points of interest in the area. The terrace is a great plus! Natalia (the host) was very kind and more than helpful in every conversation.

Jacqui’s place was amazing! We spent a week there with a family of 7 and had the most wonderful time together. It’s beautiful and even way better than in the pictures. This place gives you all the rest and piece of mind that you can wish for. Super clean and very stylish, beautiful with attention to details. We enjoyed it very much. It’s quite special that there is a main house and 2 separate tiny houses with a bath/shower. The surroundings are very nice and there is also a small village close by. It’s just great! Can really recommend Jacqui’s place. 10+ for sure

Our stay went very well. We were able to enjoy the beautiful villa, well located, quiet. This despite a rainy April weather at first, then very windy. The environment, especially the island near the Caprera, lends itself to beautiful hikes. The village of La Maddalena is very close, 5' by car, and there is everything you need. The host received us very well and was very accommodating for check-in and check-out times.

The hosts behaved incredibly well, they quickly answered all our questions, they gave us all the useful information about the house and the surroundings by constantly ensuring if all the need is met, I have only words of praise about them and the house that looks impeccable and did not miss anything. All the necessary accessories were present.

We felt very comfortable and can only recommend this accommodation! :) The place is nicely decorated, clean and has everything you need. We cooked every night and nothing was missing.. the bed was cozy and there were, among other things, beach toys, a music box and good Wi-Fi. The contact with Ahmed was straightforward and friendly:) It's a good idea to have a bike or car, but the location is great for exploring the north of the island! You can enjoy the tranquility and see the sea from the terrace! We would definitely book this place again!:)

Valerio's house is large and very pleasant. Ideally located 15 minutes from the airport and ten minutes from San Teodoro, its useful shops and its beautiful beaches around. Access is at any time, which is very convenient when you arrive at night. Valerio is very responsive 👍 We were even able to take advantage of the pool at the end of April ☺️ I recommend it!

We liked Marco's accommodation very much! Even in advance, we were warmly looked after by Christine, his manager – with a lot of commitment, great tips and fast communication. Among other things, we were allowed to check in earlier, received recommendations and received a detailed description of the way to the accommodation. The apartment was well equipped and we liked it – we were especially pleased with the wine and water provided as a welcome - a nice gesture! The location is great: beach, restaurants, supermarket and ice cream parlours are within walking distance – we could often leave the car behind. Near the harbour, you have to expect a few mosquitoes, but that hardly bothered us. A huge thank you to Christine, who always responded quickly, kindly and warmly – that's not a given! You can tell that the focus here is on people. 🙏🏻

Umberto was a great host with an eye for detail. He was available at any time and always would give helpfull tips for the island. The house is in the middle of la maddalena, Honestly don’t think it could get any better! We had the best time. Umberto is great!

I had a great stay at Daniele's. He was always easy to contact and very friendly upon arrival. Tha space was great and had all the amenities that I needed. Would definitely recommend.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment from the beginning – it was clean, lovingly furnished and exactly as described. We would like to especially thank Marilia, who was so warm and helpful. Despite our flight delay, she patiently waited for us and welcomed us kindly. When we were cold the first night, she immediately brought us extra blankets the next day. Even a small Wi-Fi problem was solved immediately and easily. You can feel that she is a hostess with heart. We will be happy to come back!

Federica is amazing, friendly, always willing to help. Beautiful environment full of flowers, very pleasant, tastefully furnished apartment with a divine terrace with a comfortable bed. I felt right at home. Very nice and friendly attitude towards my four-legged companion. 🙂 Mile, upon arrival, a bottle of chilled water was waiting for me in the fridge. The shop was a few steps away. Federica also recommended where to buy excellent ice cream. I highly recommend this accommodation. I hope to return to this oasis of peace with lovely people again. Andrea and Christina were the perfect hosts, they made us feel relaxed and at home and were super friendly and suggested activities, restaurants and even different places in Sardinia to visit. There is a lot of things accessible to where we stayed, however if you do love exploring new places we do advise getting a car because bus system is not the best in Olbia. But when we told Andrea and Christina, they helped us out massively with getting a car. We love to explore, we went by train to the capital for one day and we visited different ports and beaches. They made our experience so much better for our honeymoon it was perfect! And there is a little bakery underneath so fresh sweets and coffee first thing is perfect! We will definitely be back next year with them they made our experience even better! Couldn’t fault them 1 bit!

The accommodation of Vittorio is perfectly located to the beach, is very nicely lovingly furnished and with its own covered terrace and small beautiful garden to sit and grill. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend Vittorio and his apartment

We had two excellent days in Filippo's apartment. Self check-in via key box was simple and well explained, which allowed us to arrive at our own pace without stress. The accommodation was impeccable: very clean, carefully decorated and perfectly in line with the photos. The location is ideal for exploring the area on foot, and communication with Filippo was quick and efficient, both before our arrival and during the stay. Thank you for this flawless stay!
