Light studio appartement with sunny garden. The neighbourhood is known for it's many artists and has a very old (1800's) centre. The Maastunnel will take you 10 minutes on bicycle to historic Delfshaven and 15 minutes to the city centre of Rotterdam. Take the Ferry to Katendrecht (6 minutes) and you will find yourself in the urban industrial part of the city with many restaurants & bars. Beautiful surroundings for walking/cycling and a small sandy beach in the river at 2 minutes walking.

Rural guesthouse, close to Rotterdam

Behind our farmhouse is a separate guest house on our property. The cottage is quiet and rural, but centrally located in terms of surroundings. It is complete, for max 2 people, with privacy and free view at the back of the cottage on a meadow, where in the summer regularly some cows of the neighbors walk and in the winter sometimes some sheep. Our farm is no longer in operation; we only have chickens (which walk freely around the yard) and there are a few rabbits and carrier pigeons.

The house is located in Capelle aan den IJssel, located in a quiet residential area and everything is within easy reach. 5 minutes away from the A20 in combination with free private parking and public parking. If you go by train it is 14 minutes to Rotterdam Central Station and 3 minutes to Rotterdam Alexandrium. From our house it is 4 minutes’ walk to the station and there is a shopping center next to the station. There are total 4 bedrooms with 1.4m-1.8m wide size beds available.
