Stabl Y Felin - a unique, eco stable conversion

Stabl Y Felin is a Grade 2 listed converted stable attached to a heritage corn mill, that has been lovingly restored using traditional skills and sustainable materials and furnishings. With it's 4.5m ceilings, the stabl comes with an airy bedroom with kingsize sleigh bed, en-suite with walk-in shower, sitting room with reclaimed kitchenette and breakfast bar, and a hayloft with a kingsize futon hidden on top for the brave. A peaceful, rustic, village getaway in the hills, 4 miles from the coast.

Carriage Mews is a delightful contemporary style cottage with traditional features. It has a large open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with wood-burner and huge feature window overlooking the shared south facing courtyard garden. Outside is a shared courtyard with grassy lawns, flower borders, a rose garden and picnic tables all set within 4 acres of gardens and grounds including a children’s play area, walled garden and small copse. It is below another cottage (Coachhouse) and shares the garden.

Hidden away in a secret corner of West Wales with panoramic views of the surrounding peaceful countryside from the pretty garden. Less than a 30 minute drive to beautiful beaches and stunning coastal scenery, including New Quay and the harbour town of Aberaeron. The nearby town of Llandysul is a 10 minute drive away. The property offers fast fibre Wifi and a Smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, wood burner.

The Cabin A secluded, self contained log cabin

The Cabin is a purpose built log cabin with easy access for people with impaired mobility. It is positioned in an isolated private garden of a family owned smallholding. The Cabin looks out over the surrounding country. It has its own secluded private garden and foot access to many acres of local woods and walks. We welcome dogs and they stay for free. But please let us know you are bringing them. We do not accept bookings that include infants or children as we are only insured for adults.

Feel relaxed as soon as you enter the light filled old post office, fully renovated with open plan lounge with dinning area and wood burning stove, separate bedroom, fully furnished kitchen, power shower and separate loo. There is access to your own private garden from the lounge which is fully fenced for dog safety your own private parking to the side of the cottage.

One of a pretty pair of semi-detached cottages carefully converted from original farmhouse & barn with stunning views across the Teifi Valley to Llanllwni Mountain. Set on a smallholding & surrounded by working farmland this tranquil cottage offers a peaceful retreat & a perfectly positioned base from which to explore & enjoy all that Wales has to offer. Approx 2.5 miles to nearest pub restaurant Ty Nant is attached to a 2nd cottage (Ty Fferm), together they can sleep 10.

Maple Lodge, Jacuzzi & Fire Pit

Lodge situated on 4 acres of land, in the countryside of the oldest town in Wales- Carmarthen. Surrounded by trees making it private, at the same time countryside views and wildlife can be spotted from the lodge. In the welcome basket you can find a bottle of champagne to unwind and enjoy in the new jacuzzi, as well as a s'mores making starter pack to prepare using the fire pit. The sound of birds carries out through the day, making our lodge the ultimate relaxation zone.

Stowaway on the cliff!

The Stowaway is located on the cliff in the beautiful fishing village of New Quay, right on the coastal path. Along with the spectacular sea views guests can enjoy relaxing on their private balcony whilst watching the dolphins play. Why not fire up the bbq provided for al fresco dining! With only a 5 minute stroll to the harbour and beaches guests can enjoy a variety of activities including wildlife boat tours, watersports and lovely reastaurants and pubs.
