Monthly Rentals in Cape Girardeau

I had to cancel my stay at Matt's place fairly last minute due to unforeseen weather circumstances, but Matt was very responsive, understanding, willing to offer help and insight, and very accommodating when it came to having to refund the airbnb.

Cozy BnB, as described and as shown in the photos. Great location, nearby to businesses for food, coffee, and boutique shopping; it's convenient and walkable although in the daytime you can hear cars and people (a normal tradeoff for the convenience). Very private, considering the location as well, with a lot of character and thoughtfulness that went into this guest house. Laurie as a host is very friendly and helpful, and very responsive. We enjoyed this cute little place for a one-night stopover during a road trip.

Another great stay. We have stayed here 3 times now and it is perfect for a couple. And it is pet friendly which is a plus. Close to the Mississippi River and there is a Casino across the way if you like to gamble. We do not gamble so I can’t give insight on the Casino. There is an easy access keypad to get into and out of the home. The bed is extremely comfortable. Washer and dryer is a nice feature. House is alway clean and kitchen has what you need for cooking.

Great location and fun space with history. Games for kids and adults and was clean. Everything you needed was there and then some.
