Townhouse holiday rentals in Cape Charles

My daughter and I had a great time (she is 15, and Chincoteague is one of her favorite places). We were both very comfortable in the place. As a nonfiction author - and a bit of Civil War buff - I also appreciated that there were some nice books on hand!

The apartment is clean, bright, and conveniently located in a great neighborhood. The beach access is fantastic. And Darcy is very responsive, as she handled my group's questions very quickly and effectively.

Rosemary house was beautiful. Looked exactly like the pictures. It felt just like home for me and my family. I will definitely be staying again.

This was a great place. It was beautiful and private, and safe. I enjoyed the easy access to the beach and it felt like I was already a local. Olga was a great host, responsive and proactive. The multiple floor setup was great to house two families with kids. The kitchen and social area was open, clean and inviting. I would stay here again, it was such a perfect family friendly getaway for us.

Place was beautiful, roomy, clean, and perfect for our stay!! I want to return to this place and location in the near future!

This house was perfect for our last minute trip plans , we were only 30 minutes from Virginia Beach which was perfect for my family and I... Would most definitely stay again 😊

This place was home away from home, spotless. I loved the pools and hot tubs the best. We loved sitting outside on the balcony plus cooking our own meals was great for us. Tara’s kitchen was equipped with everything you need to make homemade meals. We absolutely loved this place and will be back again. Thank you Tara we had a wonderful time staying here😇😇😇😇😇😇💕💕💕💕💕💕

Television is how I go to sleep. I specifically told you I need that before I arrived. The tv in the bedroom should have detailed instructions with the remotes. I tried everything but only got it to come on for 10 minutes once and not at bedtime. I did figure out the one downstairs tv worked but doing the same upstairs didn't work. I tried all inputs and stayed on the one you had on the tv. This caused me not to be able to sleep. This was a problem for me. More lightening on the back steps would be good. In the hallway from the car is great. Carpet upstairs isn't good. The small window by the deck door is torn in in 2 places.

We had a great stay! Within biking distance of restaurants and small shoppes. Loved the flexible check-in. Home was spotless and comfortable.

Stayed in the off-season. Good location -close to downtown and refuge (easy bike ride) but removed from hubbub.

The place was amazing it was so big and my kids loved it. The area was right by the water which we really enjoyed and the price what great. The host was very helpful and respectful. Me and kids enjoyed our stay there! Will be willing to rent from them again.

This townhouse is lovely and full of the conveniences of home. It has a wonderful view, and you can even see the lighthouse from the end of the balcony. It was a perfect home base for our Chincoteague vacation. One note, the Shared Beach Access refers to Assateague National Seashore. There's no water access at the townhouse.

We loved our stay! Ben and Tyler's place is decorated beautifully, in a great location and was very comfortable. We appreciated their responsiveness and willingness to accommodate our request to add an extra night to our stay last-minute. Visiting Chincoteague is always such a treat and we look forward to our next trip. We'd happily stay here again.

What a wonderful weekend! No one wanted to leave. Beautiful house and the balcony views were peaceful and relaxing. Soft comfy beds and an absolutely kitchen! We will be back❤️

Our group of friends were in Cape Charles for a wedding. The house was exactly as described and large enough to accommodate our party of 12. The house was clean and spacious. My only suggestion would be better communication. We contacted Mary about a few issues and which she never responded. Overall it did not impact our stay and I would likely stay again.

My family and I had an amazing trip to Virginia Beach and loved Stephanie's rental. The rental made us feel at home, it was extremely clean and had plenty of room for all of us; not just bedroom or bathroom space but the kitchen area and family room were very accommodating. There were so many amenities I didn't have to buy a whole lot to prepare for the trip. Stephanie was extremely responsive and fast if I had questions or needed assistance. She was great at taking care of us. I really appreciate how well she takes care of her guests. We hope to come back in a few years and stay again! Thank you for everything!

We loved having an adjoining unit for our family, the location was wonderful, close to many different local attractions. There was no pressure to go on the tour. Make sure get a tag for each car that you have to make it really easy to get into the community. Since there's multiple units that have the same number you really need to be specific about what road you're going to inside the complex with the gait attendants. We enjoyed 2 of the pools which were VERY warm. We wanted DVDS from the aquatic center as well. We only had some minor issues in our townhouse which we received quick responses about. We'd be very likely to stay here again when visiting our family.

This house could not have been any more perfect. Terrific location and beautiful inside and out. Kathy is also a FANTASTIC hostess. She's accommodating and very kind. We plan on going back and staying again!

This was an awesome place to stay. Very convenient for our AAU tournament at the convention center. Also only about 15 to 20 minutes away from Buckroe beach where our kids made us take every evening we were there. The neighbors were quiet and friendly. There is also a gas station within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.
