Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Cape Canaveral

Fantastic place to call home while traveling. Very clean, thoughtfully laid out, private oasis with the hot tub. When the propane for the grill ran out, Heidi was quick to change it out. We left behind a few items and we were contacted right away; she set them aside until we could retrieve them. Highly recommend this little gem!

Amy is an awesome host and her home is beautiful. It’s in a great area of Cocoa Beach, with a two minute walk to the beach. It was super close to Publix and a bunch of restaurants. Amy was extremely responsible and helpful and gave lots of recommendations about things to do in the area. We had two adults and 5 kids ages 11-16 and everyone felt right at home.

This home was perfect for our family vacation! It was very comfortable and inviting. All you really need to bring are your clothes. Everything else is provided. They thought of it all! There are clear instructions everywhere. The back yard is an oasis and a great place to hang out and relax. The covered dock was our favorite spot. We did bring our own kayaks, but also used the ones there when the whole family went out. From the dock we saw manatees and a dolphin! Nice public beaches are nearby and we took a day trip to Orlando. The food in the area is great but we cooked most of our meals. A Walmart delivery order was all we needed. I highly recommend this property. We will definitely stay again. My oldest daughter said it best with “This house is basically our vacation!” If you’re looking for a stress free vacation, this is the place.

This location was perfect for what we needed. House was nice, beds were comfortable. The house came with all your beach needs, our daughter had a blast with all the sand toys. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing! Beautiful house. Very quiet & peaceful area.. one of the best Airbnb we’ve rented. Will def be back again to rent… House has just about all u need.. I was looking for a home ,on beach that was more for a “time to ourself” , away from world /work… this was so relaxing… You will need to be able to bring luggage up 2-3 flights of stairs to bedrooms…My husband is strong, so no problem. But I know people don’t read the full details & then complain in reviews… so here’s ur warning….lol… Thank you Amy, & I would buy this house in a second & live here forever!!!

We had a great two night stay before our cruise. It's about 15 minutes from the terminal and 30 minutes to Kennedy Space Center. The kids loved swimming in the pool!

Very cute little house. Had 3 bedrooms. 2 full beds and 2 twin beds and 1 bathroom. Very clean and cute.

We wanted a place that could be our vacation destination if we didn’t want to go anywhere for the day! This was it! The backyard was perfection for our group! The house had a good layout where we didn’t feel overcrowded as well! Thank you Sherri for your consistent response and friendliness! If we decide to head back to Cocoa we will be booking here!

Since the.momemt of my arrival it was absolutely peaceful smooth transition to vaction mode. The place was very neat clean relaxing i had tonfroce myself to go out because i rather stay and lounge around. Marias' beautiful garden of plants, flowers and orchids were so pleasant to sit among and soak up the sun. Maria truly was a gracious host Maria respects the privacy of her guest 100%. Look forward to returning I recommend her place immensely. Thank you Maria

The Enchanted Acres Ranch is a must see if you enjoy a peaceful surrounding with animals. There are miniature horses, goats and large horses. There are several cabins on this large acreage but they are all spread out for privacy. We were thrilled with our suite and the location. We feed the goats and horses too. We will be back!

This is a cozy little cottage style place. There is a gas fireplace that I used a few times. The kitchen is tiny but functional. Had dishes pots and pans. Ashely was very responsive and helpful with questions. The unit is 1 block off main street. Resturants were all walkable. Very close to the beach. I would stay here again.

The house and the view was amazing. The house had everything we needed plus some. Close to shops, and there were bicycles and everything needed for the beach. Watching the turtles at night was such a unique experience. Would 100% recommend staying here and will be booking again in the future. Thank you so much :)

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Steps to the beach. If you prefer a more laid back beach experience, Hedy’s place is perfect! We LOVE how few people were on the beach and could drive up to Cocoa Beach Pier or boardwalk. Hedy is such a delight and sweet person! Our experience was great and relaxing!

Loved the location which is walkable to beach, stores, and restaurants. Condo was as described and located on a peaceful pond. Elaine was very responsive to messages.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Laura's condo. It was very clean and well stocked with the essentials. The ocean view from the balcony is beautiful! Laura is a very kind and responsive host. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

all around beautiful home. the inside was super clean and organized. The pool was a hit for our kids, they couldn't get enough of it. They had a ton of supplies and she was very easy to work with. I highly recommend this place and our family will be back.

This property met our needs perfectly. The location worked well for us since we had a car. There is not much to eat nearby. We enjoyed the screened-in deck. It was great for playing games as a family. We also liked the pool and hot tub. The boogie boards and beach chairs were appreciated.

It seems the rental fees are all getting inflated and becoming more difficult to justify, but we were oceanfront and it was a lovely home. There is a short walk through dunes to get to the beach which is a no brainer for younger people, but a bit more challenging for senior citizens. We would come again, it was very pleasant from the gazebo, the patio , the house or the beach. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay with Riccardo. His home is welcoming, clean, and spacious. There is a separate wing opposite his living quarters for our rooms and bathroom. It felt private and safe. He just finished remodeling his kitchen and it’s beautiful. We loved his espresso machine and his homemade low glycemic inflammatory sweetener mix. The property grounds felt very private and quiet, with fruit trees everywhere. Would highly recommend for someone who wants to stay with a host.

El alojamiento, resultó ser el mejor de nuestras vacaciones. Es una casa muy linda, con espacios amplios, con estacionamiento, terraza. Son varias habitaciones. La nuestra fue "master bedroom", era, simplemente, increíble. Una cocina (compartida), que es maravillosa, es amplia, cómoda y tiene los elementos necesarios para cocinar, lo que desees. Volveríamos muchas veces.
