We loved the location. Walking distance to beach. Very friendly & responsive host.

The house has a ton of space and is a short walk to the beach. We loved the foosball table and the beach supplies! The house is located next to a restaurant and street lights that made it pretty bright at night when trying to sleep, even with the blinds and shades closed. Publix is very close by, as well as restaurants and the Cocoa Beach pier.

Perfect, spacious house with the beach right in the backyard! We didn’t want to leave. Highly recommend!

If you are thinking of booking this space don’t hesitate! This was one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in. It’s comfortable and spacious and is so well stocked with great quality amenities. If you like to cook you will love all of the cookware and appliances. Jan is a very responsive host and made sure we had everything we needed. The location is perfect for walking to either Jetty Park to watch the cruise ships sail out, to Cocoa Beach Pier, and of course, to the beach (literally 350 steps, I counted). We loved the 2nd floor balcony as well as the Tiki Hut. The condo had a great HVAC system. It was very quiet and kept the place at a consistent temperature. The air purifiers kept the air fresh and clean. I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful beach house, short, walk to the beach and a short drive to stores and restaurants. This house had everything you may need for a comfortable family stay. Definitely a five star location. We would definitely come back. Had an awesome time.

Amazing place. Easy walk to the beach (about 1/2 mile) as well as a few restaurants. I stayed for 3 weeks, and will definitely be back. This will be my go to place in Cape Canaveral. Rich is a great host and very prompt when contacted. The place is appointed with anything you could possibly need. 10/10

Great place, master bedroom is on the second floor if that is something you need to consider. Super easy access to great beach that isn't crowded.

We all had a great time at Cape Crossing. Our family went there for a rocket launch. Location was very close to Kennedy Center and there were a lot of other things to do in the area as well. We rented a boat one day and spent another day at the beach. When the launch was rescheduled for the next day they were quick to respond and very accommodating for us to stay an additional day. The place was clean and accurate to what is shown and described in the photos. Would also recommend going to the restaurant located in the marina.

Proximity to beach and pool hard to beat!! So close! This was amazing with small children! Kitchen well stocked, we cooked every meal with no trouble. Condo unit was small so beach was not crowded with lots of people. The whole place was well stocked with essentials. Our kids loved the additional beach toys. Make sure every in your party is physically fit enough to handle stairs. Stairs to the beach, stairs to enter unit, and all bedrooms on top floor so more stairs. We would definitely stay here again

Great start near shopping and beaches. Easy access to the house and plenty of room. Appreciated there were two beach chairs and an umbrella as well as some sand toys.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was comfortable, clean and spacious with high end finishes throughout. Great water views and lots of wildlife right off the dock, including daily dolphin sightings. Host was incredibly helpful and communicative. Would recommend to anyone.

The townhome is extremely comfortable, spacious, and clean. Stocked full of amenities and immediately felt like home away from home. My family and I loved the ocean view and very close beach access. On top of that it's right next to the pool for that morning or evening dip! Very secure and safe! Very short walk to the pier and near many great restaurants and attractions! Cocoa Beach is a beautiful destination and is on our top 3 list! The host Monique is very responsive and everything was a breeze! Highly recommend and in my opinion the best unit on the property! Great place, right on the beach. Quiet and not crowded. Angela was great at telling us places to eat and what to expect. Sea turtles every night right out the door. The place was clean and so cute. Great stay will be back!

This house is clean and has all amenities you need. You can watch launches from the terrace but not all launch pads are visible so be sure to go out to the pier. There is lots of space and clean. We had a good stay and the house is great for its price.

CLEAN & COZY! Looks just like the photos. Kitchen was well stocked with essentials. Beds and pillows were SO comfortable - slept great! Master bathroom was very spacious. Loved having a second full bathroom upstairs and half bathroom downstairs. All were very clean! Couch bed worked out for my teen. There was slight road/traffic noise when loud cars would come through and also a nearby train. I always sleep with earplugs so it didn’t bother me. Just a heads up if you’re a light sleeper. It was nearby lots of places and only 10 minutes from beach. We stayed there for a baseball tournament at the Space Coast Complex and it was about 22 minutes from there - great location. Would stay here again! Thanks for having us! Beautiful home!

Chase was extremely responsive and respectful from the very beginning, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The townhouse itself was absolutely phenomenal—clean, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully laid out. It offered just the right amount of space for my family of five, and we never felt cramped. The photos online honestly don’t do it justice; it was even more beautiful and comfortable in person. Every detail, from the cozy furnishings to the well-equipped kitchen, made us feel right at home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, spacious, and well-managed place to stay.

Our stay was wonderful!! I've never been in home with more character than this one. Everywhere you look in the house, there's a neat detail that catches your eye. The home is nestled in a beautiful tree-covered area. The neighbors were so friendly. Neighborhood felt safe and was totally walkable. We stayed for a week without a car and were completely content, especially since the walk up to the beach was so short. The beach was beautiful. The bed, couch, and blankets were so comfy. The kitchen was so nice and we cooked elaborate meals every night. Cannot recommend this home more. My boyfriend and I wish we could buy it!

Lees place was a cozy establishment just minutes from the conference we attended. It had everything we needed to make food at home and relax on the beach.

The house was great - plenty of space, well stocked (beach chairs, towels, etc.), great amenities. Just what we needed for a few days before our cruise!

My cousins and I came up for my aunts 93rd birthday, and it was wonderful for the six of us to stay in one place together, where we could have meals together and even have a game night together so it was a cousins reunion in addition to my aunts birthday and it was a fabulous place for that and we all were very comfortable

Our stay here was incredible! The home was so comfortable and had so many thoughtful amenities. It felt like a home away from home! We’re thankful that we found this place and highly recommend it!

We LOVED this place! Super cozy, clean, and had plenty of room for all 4 of us. Steven and his wife really thought about everything their renters may not only need, but want. They are so thoughtful! We loved sitting on the back patio watching the sunset over the pond. They are also extremely responsive, friendly, and accommodating. The neighbors are also friendly. One neighbor even gave my kids some stickers and patches! We will rent this place again if we ever plan another trip to the Space Coast!

The perfect place to spend your beach vacation with family. Close to the beach(1 block walk), comfortable,clean, and everything else you could need to make you beach vacation memorable. Blaine is a very responsive host and has provided just about everything you will need. We have been Airbnbing it for 10 years and Blaine's home was perfect. Loved drinking morning coffee on back patio. All the beach towels you need,Great beach wagon, nice New beach chairs and plenty of umbrellas! Even had a reclining sofa with enough seating for everyone. You will not regret booking this place.

I loved my stay here--it's has great amenities for an extended stay. It's right across from Paradise Beach, which was surprisingly uncrowded, even on Memorial Day. This is a great little spot for a getaway :) Pedro & Clare were very communicative and very quick to respond to my questions. They even have beach supplies provided!
