Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Cape Canaveral

We stayed here with 4 adults and one infant. It was such a good location, the house was really clean, probably the cleanest Air bnb I’ve stayed in. Plenty of beach gear (towels, chairs, toys, umbrella, and cooler). The two biggest rooms had their own balconies, and was a really quick walk to the beach with a baby. Great place for families, and far enough from the hustle and bustle of Cocoa beach.

Our stay at the Coral Retreat was perfect. We were at the house for six days with our two teenage boys and of all the hotels and resorts we’ve stayed at this place takes the cake. We had countless manatee swimming right by and up to the property and we also saw dolphins a few times. The house is in a very serene neighborhood and if you want a vacation away from the hustle and bustle of a hotel or other touristy areas that feels like an actual home for your family - you will find it here. The host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. It was apparent that lots of thought went into decorating and furnishing the house so you can enjoy your stay. The beach was within a short walk as well as many restaurants and shops. There was also a nice grocery store very close that has everything you need. My wife and I loved our stay here and I’m hoping that we can make this our regular go-to place for a Florida getaway.

We had an awesome week at Ken’s house. The pool is huge and was such a hit with our kids. The area around the pool is beautifully landscaped, too. The beach is only a 5 minute walk down the street, plus we got to see 2 rocket launches from the beach during our stay! The house was very clean and the neighborhood is very quiet. Our kids also really enjoyed the pool table. Overall, a great spot for a family vacation, especially because of the amazing pool. Highly recommend.

We can't say enough wonderful things about this place! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect — tucked away just enough to feel peaceful and private, yet close to everything we wanted to see and do. Whether we were exploring nearby attractions, grabbing a bite, or just soaking in the sun, we were never more than a short drive or walk away. As for the house itself... wow. Immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and filled with thoughtful touches that made us feel completely at home. We can say with full confidence the house had everything we needed!

We had a wonderful stay in Cocoa Beach! The host was incredibly accommodating and even let us come a day early, which we really appreciated and were so excited about. The home had everything we needed, fresh sheets, laundry pods, dish soap, hand soap, and even beach gear like chairs and float tubes, which made our beach days super easy and fun. The location was great. Just a peaceful 5-minute walk to the beach and about a 15-minute stroll to the pier. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing, perfect for a low-key getaway. We felt right at home and would definitely stay here again! Let me know if you’d like to make it more casual, more detailed, or add any personal touches!

This home is a dream. The proximity to the beach is superb, but once you step into the backyard and your private oasis, you'll be tempted to stay there. The house is beautifully decorated with every detail you can imagine. The beds were comfortable, with plenty of pillows provided. The kitchen is spacious and the layout of the house with two living rooms allows your party to do their own thing when they want to. The backyard was the highlight for us. The landscaping provides pure seclusion. During the day we relaxed in the pool loungers and every evening we would relax in the spa and then dry off under the patio lights by the table fire pit. We did not need to bring over half of what we did because so many amenities and beach items are provided. I can't think of one negative thing to say except we didn't stay long enough!

We had a family vacation to experience the ocean and grandson to try and surf. The house was very nice and clean. The pool was excellent to come back to after a long day of doing things around town. Washer and dryer were great as well were traveling and needed to do clothes. The owner was awesome to work with on a couple things we called her about. Other than that we will definitely stay there again if ever coming back to the neighborhood.

This rental was exactly what we needed for the weekend! It was impeccably clean, well stocked and literally within walking distance of the beach and great restaurants. The hosts were very responsive and communication was on point. We can’t wait to return for a more extended visit! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This place has it all: location, privacy and cost. Sherman and Marlena are the sweetest hosts you can ever imagine and masters of hospitality. Truly it was all the little touches that made this trip worth it: well stocked kitchen with SHARP knives (that’s pretty rare when you stay in a lot of airbnbs), the binder with all the restaurants they recommended, and all the beach gear you’d need. What really makes this place stand out is the landscaping and the deck. The large deck, multiple chairs, umbrellas, and wash stations are fantastic. You don’t even have to leave the deck to enjoy the peace and beauty of the ocean. We have never travelled to a place with an environment that made relaxation so simple. Thank you for wonderful anniversary trip.

My boyfriend and I had a lovely stay here. Although it was a short, 4 night trip, we felt right at home for the entirety of it! We were even welcomed with fresh lit candles to top it off. Throughout our stay the host had great communication and really outdid our expectations when he offered to start us a fire outside to enjoy the evening. The place was spotless and the bed was so so comfy! We look forward to staying here in the future!

My family and I stayed over Memorial Day weekend and loved the location. Very close to the beach and a quick drive to plenty of restaurants. The hosts were very helpful when I needed to change our check out date last minute. We would love to stay again.

What to say ;-) - WOW WOW WOW. 5Star Plus and best Airbnb during our Florida trip. Reaching the property, first is what you see - the bay. You will calm down and we had the opportunity to watch Dophins directly from the property and this daily. We received a couple of good restaurant recommendations from Marina and we double checked them on Google. BUT, why to go to a restaurant having this bay view in the morning and a great place to start your day with a coffee directly at the waterfront. So we decided NOT to go out for breakfast - we had every morning breakfast and coffee on the prooperty, on the water line incl. watching dolphins and pelicans. All pictures presented by Kathy/Marina/Taj are real and you will find a warm Airbnb atmosphere with many details. You have put a lot of thought into the equipment. Everything is there for a fabulous stay. Sufficient towels, parasol and chairs for the beach, ... The beach. A maximum of 5 minutes' walk away and there are 2 access points

Just a perfect little spot. The place is comfy, safe, and clean, nice furniture, comfy beds, extra cot and pack n play for the kids, all the basics in the kitchen. Great quiet location on the beach, close to some really great restaurants, nice heated pool. BYO shampoo, conditioner, body wash (there was some leftover communal bottles under the sinks but those always freak me out to use). The beach stuff made the trip with everything in great condition. We used the 2 umbrellas, sand toys, boogie boards, all 4 chairs, beach cart, towels. There's a cooler and beach bag too. Maryam really thought of everything. You can't see the launch pad for the rockets from the unit but once it got above the buildings we had a good view of it for a minute or two. More expensive than the hotels in the area but it was worth it to us given the extra space and beach gear. Will definitely be staying here again!!

Tranquility Suites is ideally located for exploring the Melbourne area and Archie Carr national wildlife refuge. The beaches are quiet, with plenty of outdoor activities available like hiking and fishing. Mark's place is comfortable, well equipped and perfect for a multi-day stay. Hope to return again soon!

Would 100% stay here again. You can tell everything in the condo was thought out, and they have everything you would need plus more. Being that I had to fly in, there were definitely things I could not bring with me that I wish that I could have that were thankfully at the condo once I arrived, which took that stress off of me. The beach was easy to access and extremely quiet which we loved. 10/10

This is our second year coming here and Ana and Paul somehow exceeded the amazing experience we had with them last year! They are the best hosts we have ever had. Ana feels like talking to a friend, not a host. They go above and beyond with communication and accommodating some requests we had. This place is like heaven. The most amazing sunrises and sunsets. The easy access to the beach. The fun area with something for everyone. We've decided this is our home away from home and plan on making many more years of memories here. Thank you Ana and Paul ❤️

Conveniently located near the beach and walking distance to a variety of food places. Beautiful view of the beach and clear view of the launch that occurred on our last day. She texted to give us a heads up of the launch so that was above and beyond. The unit was very clean, well stocked and organized. This was by far the best Airbnb I've ever stayed at. Everything was perfect the location, neighborhood was quiet I felt very safe, neighbors were friendly, place was very clean. Great location near the port for our cruise, it was so easy. Restaurants nearby. Katie was super friendly, and the United had everything we needed. Would recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Jeanne’s condo in Cocoa Beach. It was very clean, comfortable, and just steps to the beach! She supplied beach chairs, toys, umbrellas and even towels, just in case you forgot to pack necessities! Thanks for a wonderful stay, Jeanne!
