This place is a little piece of paradise. The house is so cute and quaint. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding smelled so fresh and clean. Wendy thought of everything when stocking the house. She had very nice beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys that made flying in very convenient. The walk to the beach is quick and easy. We wished we had booked it for the week instead of just the weekend. There are lots of good restaurant options near by also. We enjoyed every part.

This place was better than pictured. It was very very clean and nice. Host was amazing and let me check in early. It has more items than described. So many beach items and toys for the kids. The pool and beach stuff. I brought my surf board but they had 3 soft tops there. Even a beach cart The master suite is amazing. I will try to book here again next year or even before. Thank you

Perfect location directly at the Pier, very clean and well equipped

This place was wonderful for our kids, grandkids and ourselves. The views are incredible… can see the sunset and sunrise from upstairs. Jen and Shane were wonderful… very quick to answer all my questions!

Truly steps from the ocean! My husband and I stayed here for a week and everything was great. Place was very clean, occasional cigarette smell from the neighbors, but it wasn’t too bad. Great locations, 5 minutes to lots of restaurants and stores, about 25 minutes to Kennedy Space Center. One of the best parts was I could see a Falcon 9 rocket launch from the back porch one early morning, it was awesome. My husband enjoyed the hot tub, though we had to leave it uncovered for a while to get the temp down from109 to 104. Absolutely wonderful value for proximity to the ocean and things to do.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. Location was perfect. We were close to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Can’t think of one thing we needed that we couldn’t get access to. Manatees were there to greet us EVERY morning. (9-10am seemed to be the best viewing time!) One morning, we saw a total of 7 manatees, all together, right in front of our doc. Absolutely magical. We did have an unexpected plumbing issue occur, but Brian and Charity were so super responsive and got things taken care of for us right away. Truly couldn’t have asked for better and more attentive hosts. We look forward to booking this fabulous home on our next family vacation!

Had a great stay at this air bnb. Communication was clear and checking in was easy. I particularly enjoyed how close the house was to the beach. The hosts even provided beach chairs and other beach equipment for our use. Thank you for a great stay!

This property was perfect for our family. Bedrooms were spaced well, allowing the children to sleep in the room with two beds with mom and dad having the room (king bed) next door with a large bathroom for them to share. Grandpa and I had another bedroom with our own bathroom (close enough to the pool area for others to share when using the other door to enter). The fourth bedroom (king bed, with en suite bathroom) was tucked in the back of the house to allow more privacy. The washer/dryer was nice to have also. Location to the beach was great. We loaded up the wagons with beach chairs, umbrella, & sand toys (all provided) then walked down to the beach (1 block away). When we came back, we rinsed off in the outdoor shower before swimming for hours in the pool. It was screened in so we didn't have to worry about bugs at night. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, etc. and we even used the outdoor flat stone grill to eat our meals in. Best vacation ever!

We spent 10 nights here and loved it! The pool was great and I loved that I could keep an eye on the activities while grilling / making dinner in the kitchen. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to make a meal! The hand mixer was great for making birthday cakes. Beds were comfortable. I loved the beach chairs and umbrella that were in the garage. There were lots of beach towels as well. It was nice to not have to pack them. We would love to stay here again!

Loved this space. Drake was an excellent host and very responsive. He went above and beyond to take care of a minor concern, and we appreciated it very much. He’s amazing! The pool and home was very clean and spacious. Convenient to stores, restaurants and the beach. I loved having my morning coffee in the pool area while listening to and viewing the birds. So relaxing. The bed and pillows in the master bedroom were also very comfortable. I slept so well. I assume the other beds are just as comfortable as there were no complaints. My family enjoyed this space very much. Would definitely stay here again, and I recommend it.

Wonderful stay for a few days. So close to the beach and any local activities and restaurants. If you just want to stay in, it’s a perfectly comfortable and beautiful home. Pool was perfect. Would highly recommend and would love to return again some time.

This place is amazing! We had the best time on our family spring break! Morning coffees on the deck while watching dolphins, manatee, sting ray and ducks were a family favorite. We kayaked almost everyday and were treated to dolphin sightings and the most picture perfect sunsets. We were lucky enough to see FOUR space launches! You are a quick walk to the beach and many restaurants and shops. Thank you, Heather, for a fantastic experience and the perfect family getaway!

Beautiful home. It was exactly as described. We loved all of the games and activities at the house. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking meals. The pool area was wonderful with plenty of seating areas. There are a number of great restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area.

This is our second time staying at Joe’s place. Can’t say enough about the location and of course how awesome the backyard is. You don’t have to leave the house to have a great time out back with the pool and the layout .

Besides the obvious beach proximity, kayaking, paddle boarding, manatees, dolphins, fenced in yard and bon fires this house is perfect! The bedding is high quality, tons of bath and beach toes and the house is decorated very intentional! The games and entertainment, this place has everything! This house should serve as what a rental home has!! It was perfect!

This home exceeded our expectations. We were even able to store our luggage in the garage while we waited for check-in. While some furniture and a rug were dated and worn, the entire house was very well kept, clean, decorated beautifully. The beds & linens were SO comfortable as was the entire house. Plenty of places to spread out, eat or sit and read a book. I brought a bag of games but could have saved the space in my luggage because this house even has games and puzzles. The garage is stocked with beach supplies (and a cart to haul your stuff to the beach), bikes, and kayaks. Our grandkids loved the ping pong table. By far, everyone’s favorite was the pool! Teresa definitely goes above and beyond to stock the house so that you have everything you need at your finger tip. We will be back (and we will look at their other property as well). Thanks for the memories!

What a wonderful place to stay! There was so much to do at the house to stay entertained, we barely wanted to leave. They provide literally everything you could need, and even had welcome snacks when we arrived. The house is close to a ton of great restaurants, grocery stores, shops, and the beach. We would definitely come back again in the future.

5-Star Review for an Amazing Beach Getaway This home was absolutely perfect for our beach getaway! Every detail was thoughtfully considered—from the fully equipped kitchen and fantastic grill (a dream for us foodies!) to the beach accessories and pool toys that made our stay extra fun. The garden and pool area were beautiful and peaceful, and the patio had plenty of comfortable seating for everyone to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The house itself was spotless and clearly well cared for. You can tell there was intentional thought put into every part of the experience. Mindy, the host, was incredibly responsive and informative throughout the process, making everything seamless. We can’t recommend this place enough—truly a five-star stay!

Great walkable location! We loved having the two stories with the bedrooms upstairs and living room/kitchen downstairs. It was helpful staying with the kids and having our own spaces. Michael is very responsive in answering all our needs and even went above and beyond and got a French press for coffee. The only complaint I would have is there was some noise from the neighbors a TV going on most of the time (all night long for a week) but it eventually sounded like white noise. The neighbor on the other side was partying late into the night but nothing that would stop us from staying here again as it only happened on the last night we were there. Our favorite part was the garage full of beach toys! The kids and I walked to the beach each day and use the boogie boards and the beach pails to build sand castles It was really great!

We can't say enough wonderful things about this place! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect — tucked away just enough to feel peaceful and private, yet close to everything we wanted to see and do. Whether we were exploring nearby attractions, grabbing a bite, or just soaking in the sun, we were never more than a short drive or walk away. As for the house itself... wow. Immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and filled with thoughtful touches that made us feel completely at home. We can say with full confidence the house had everything we needed!

We have visited Cocoa Beach for Memorial Day weekend every year for the least 4 years. Our usual vacation rental was booked so we took a risk with this new Airbnb and we are so happy we did. We were welcomed to a spotless, newly renovated home exactly as shown in photos. It instantly felt like an upgrade. The host left a kind note with snacks, some bottled water, and every single amenity we needed. The washer and dryer came in very handy. Everything was exactly as shown in photos. We also enjoyed the shower with the moveable shower head which made bath time with our 4 year old a breeze. The home is about 5 minutes walk from the beach and is also super close to Coconuts and a variety of other bars, restaurants, ice cream shops. Host was super responsive and was kind enough to be flexible with check in time. This place was much more spacious, private, and modern than our usual economy rental for just a fraction more. It was a great value and we hope to be back again.

We stayed at Candy’s property prior to a cruise. The location is perfect as it is close to the cruise port and Cocoa Beach. There are supermarkets and many restaurants within a couple of miles. The beach is a short walk away. The property had all the amenities we needed for our stay. Candy was very responsive to any questions we had.

Excellent 100% would return. The peacock community is just adorable. The house was fun with plenty of amenities. Kids enjoyed toys and arcades. I enjoyed cooking on the flat top grill. Grandparent enjoyed the serenity. Beach was an easy walk and supplies were fantastic. Prior to this we had to abruptly leave a horror situation only 4 minutes away and Lux Coral made sure we did not experience such a situation. I can't thank them enough for being such a great host. I have children with several athsma and respiratory problems, as well as motion sickness and anxiety from the thought. This house made my kids feel so comfortable with zero allergy attacks. Spacious and beautiful and I highly recommend to anyone that decides to rent. Worth the price, 10/10! 🙏♥️✌️Lili
