A fantastic and romantic stone chalet in the heart of Tuscany. On the ground floor you'll find an open living room & kitchen (tv & wifi included). The bedroom (with Jacuzzi) and bathroom are on the top floor. The Fienile is a typical Tuscan stone house, of about 55 square meters with a large private garden (350 sq.m.), a Jacuzzi that can be used all year round, wi-fi, air conditioning. Everything is for your exclusive use. it is located in a small village, near Vinci, a few km from the birthplace of Leonardo da Vinci, surrounded by olive trees, in the green Tuscan hills. The house is an ex-barn, recently renovated. A charming, intimate, welcoming and relaxing place.

Borgometato – Magione

There is a place a few steps away from the famous VERSILIA (Tuscany) called BORGOMETATO. Here various structures have been designed by the well-known Architect Stefano Viviani, who has realized In each of them, a very refined style respectful to the place. Il Borgo is situated in the Tuscany hills, very close to the seaside. Surrounded by olive trees and lots of green spaces, there are also some donkeys for the joy of children. LA MAGIONE is part of this place.

La Capannina

The shed is a former antique furniture restoration workshop completely renovated in October 2024, for the decor some objects made or used by the same craftsman have been recovered. It is spread over two levels, on the ground floor open space with kitchenette and two single beds, on the first floor double bedroom with large bathroom. Ideal place to visit Lucca and its hills, the historic center is 3.5 km from the house, bicycles available for guests.
