Sandra was the perfect hostess, what a lovely person and a lovely place, it felt like home, very quirky which I loved. Will definitely go again if I'm in Prato. Only criticism which was a very minor one was finding the place, but Sandra came and met us which was nice of her. Extremely happy with our stay, highly recommend

The best host I've found here. Kind, attentive, concerned with our well-being, beautiful and super comfortable apartment, with maps developed by him so we can get to know the city of Montecatini and Lucca, really amazing! His willingness to be helpful in transforming our trip into a unique moment was admirable, we are very grateful for the moments we spent in this apartment, which we used as a base to visit other cities in Tuscany. We highly recommend it!

Just arrived home from a fantastic holiday in Lucca at the studio of Alberto and Chiara . Alberto met us on arrival and was very pleasant and helpful . The studio was lovely clean and spacious . We were just two guests but there was no problem making up the second double bed . We both slept very well as it was so peaceful and the blackout shutters made the place nice and dark . The kitchen is well equipped with a two ring gas top . Fridge was spacious and worked well to keep everything cold and fresh . Bathroom was lovely with lots of towels . The location is marvellous as you can be into the centre of town in 10 minutes Also Train station and bus station short walk . Lots of things to do in the area . Full of churches museums and places to eat and drink . I would highly recommend going to the church of San Giovanne at 7 pm to hear some of the opera singers . Lots of Puccini pieces to hear . The shopping is the best I’ve ever seen for such a small town Lucca we will be back !,

Beautiful stay, definitely one of my favourites on airbnb so far. This apartment has everything you need. Convenient location by car to other places in Florence. Loved the kitchen as it is fully equipped. Even has an espresso machine! Highly recommend

We spent a week at Rodolfo's and enjoyed the time and tranquility there very much. The check in was easy thanks to Rodolfo's good description. He also had some very good tips for the area. There was a wonderful garden and a terrace where we enjoyed the sun a lot. There are also two very good restaurants and a very good pizzeria in the village, all within walking distance. Lucca can be reached in 30 minutes by car, the nearest supermarket is 10 minutes away by car. We felt very comfortable and will gladly come again.

We had a wonderful time! We were lucky with the weather and were able to use the magnificent terrace every day. Otherwise, the apartment would probably have been too small for two of us. Thanks also for the nice welcome with wine and snacks and nice tips for the area! It was very hot during the day, the air conditioning was too loud for us to sleep, but at night you could ventilate well. The apartment, the terrace, the view of the rooftops, the relaxed neighborhood - a great atmosphere. We had a lot of fun on the trip to Canyon Park, Lucca and the sea. We only wish the plants on the terrace were better cared for. These were completely dried up when we arrived. Clear watering instructions for guests would certainly be helpful (plastic plants are not a solution given the charm of the apartment and terrace). There are no bedside lamps, neither downstairs nor upstairs. For all those who only read digitally, no problem. We hope we can come again

We've stayed in many nice AirBnbs, but few have truly made us feel as comfortable and at home as this place did. Very easy walk to the main piazza with shopping and cafes. 6 min walk from a lovely park with a weekly farmer's market. Food and coffee on the same block, and near a large grocery store. Nice desk/work space, good air conditioning. One thing to note is you have to climb four flights of stairs and there's no elevator. Also, the couch is small for 2 people. Still, we would stay here again.

Place gives the authentic feel of nativeness. Very peaceful. Pablo is always proactive and responsive. Great local recommendations and perfect description of the place. You will feel right at home and Pablo as your friend. Highly recommend!!!!

A beautiful apartment with stunning views. Easy access to many beautiful places to visit such as San Gimignano, Florence and Sienna. The apartment was clean and comfortable with amenities as listed. The views from the communal terrace were stunning and there was plenty of space to sit without being on top of other guests. We would highly recommend.

We enjoyed the stay at Claudio’s place , the apartment is conveniently located . Claudio was waiting for us at the apartment to greet us and to shows the functionality of all amenities , we found the apartment nicely decorated and squeakily clean . We highly recommend this place for a family of 3 or 4 traveling to Florence . We will be back .

Felt right at home! This lovely apartment is very central and has all the amenities you could need for both a short or long stay. A very charming apartment with responsive hosts. Definitely recommend.

We loved this space and when we come to Florence again we will most definitely book here. It was a cool, quiet oasis on the beautiful relaxing side of the Arno. The location was perfect with an easy walk to all the sites but also so quiet and peaceful. We loved the kitchen and cooked multiple days and sat on the sweet patio and enjoyed the local wine. The space was clean and cool and the layout was perfect for 2 people. There’s also a couch bed if another person or one or two children were there. Our hosts were so accommodating and friendly! We have so much love for this special spot in Florence.

Really cute home. Close to the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Restaurants and bakeries close by. Loved it.

I enjoyed my stay at Dan's apartment. It was large (even more so when you factor in the adjacent terrace), beautifully furnished and well stocked. Appreciated the dishwasher and clothes washer. Having a second bathroom was an extra perk. Only slight downside was the walk into the center of town (25 min to the Ufizzi) as it rained nearly every day during my weeklong stay -- I imagine on dry/temperate days it's a pleasant walk along the river. Overall I would gladly stay again.

Lovely stay in Tuscany! Patrizia had started a warming fire going for us in the fireplace upon arrival, as the weather was chilly and rainy. The house was very cozy, artistically decorated, and well appointed -- it made us feel very much at home away from home. Gorgeous views of Tuscany from the bedroom windows, and a well cared for garden which had lemons, rosemary, basil and many flowering plants. Patrizia was the absolute best hostess and provided for all our needs during our stay. There was plenty of room for everybody in the house, and there was even a lovely little kitchen which was fully stocked (salt, pepper, spices, coffee, milk, and more!). Note there is not an oven, but we were able to cook breakfast every day, and even a few dinner meals for our small group in the mini kitchen (there is a mini fridge which fit a lot of perishable food for its size!, and a small induction stove top). Thank you for the perfect stay!

What a brilliant stay we had here. Hidden away into the Tuscan countryside, with views as far as the eye can see. We wouldn't hesitate to come back to this stunning property. Very attentive hosts, we were greeted at check in and given a tour of the property. The building is shared with the owners, but the apartment has full privacy, with it's own outdoor seating area. The bedroom is a very good size with air conditioning, and it also has a kitchen and bathroom full of character. The gem for us was the infinity pool - all to ourselves and with views of the Tuscan countryside that you see in magazines and didn't quite believe existed. Well they do here. The property is within 10-15 minutes drive of various beautiful towns and villages. We would recommend the town of Vinci and the vineyard tour of Colle Adimari. Florence is 40 minutes roughly, Pisa even less. What more would you want.

We were Giovanna's guests for 2 nights and were able to round off our Tuscany trip perfectly. Giovanna welcomed us warmly, everything went smoothly and we could enjoy the sun by the pool. The property is fantastic, with a Hollywood-like view of the valley. We were able to enjoy the evenings on the terrace. The interior was sufficient for the stay. Giovanna was very accommodating and sweetened the end of our trip with her warm manner. If you are looking for a quiet retreat and yet close to the cities of Pisa, Lucca and Florence, you are in good hands in this accommodation. See you soon, Giovanna ☀️

Deborah was the nicest host! She welcomed us with kindness and prepared everything nice for our stay. We would totally recommend the stay there, when you are searching for a quiet stay, but want to go for some Citytrips as well. :)

Marcello’s place felt serene and relaxing and our time here was just delightful. We absolutely loved the lemon garden we had all to ourselves, the grounds of the property are picturesque with a joyful companion of Tommy, Alina and Pistacchio. All is beautifully maintained and the apartment is elegant and cosy. We did appreciate proper mosquito nets, stable and fast internet for working, a proper dedicated workspace, sparkling clean apartment, great kitchen equipment, a garden table with a parasol offering plenty of shade, sun loungers by the swimming pool and a that the pool was kept very clean for us to be able to refresh in it during the hot days. Marcello is so friendly, warm and communicative. He spoilt us with his kind generosity and hospitality that you understand immediately why he is a super host, he really cares about his guests. Thank you so much dear Marcello for making our stay so enjoyable. We hope to be back one day.

We love our stay, it was the perfect place to relax in the middle of a hectic trip

The stay at Raisa's was incredibly beautiful. The accommodation and especially the view is much nicer than in the pictures. Raisa has gone to great lengths to make everything as pleasant as possible for us. The dogs (Saila and Yango) are mega cuddly, the pool is great and the entire property is really picturesque. Beautiful city trips etc. are easily doable by car and we would be happy to come back again sometime.

An absolutely stunning place! Despite all the glowing reviews, they can’t fully capture the experience of staying here. From the moment you arrive, it feels like stepping into a luxurious estate. The grounds and pool are breathtaking, offering a serene and relaxing escape. If you're looking for peace and tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of Lucca and Pisa, this is the perfect place to unwind. The hosts were exceptional, with great communication throughout our stay. Do not hesitate to stay here, can't wait to return soon! Thanks Viola!

A comfortable air conditioned flat with well equipped kitchen, little balconies. It is better than the pictures! We were 4 adults and there were 3 different areas to sleep which worked perfectly for us. Just 1 bathroom is a bit tight. The swimming pool is great! Sightseeing in Tuscany worked very well. Having a car is a must for this property if you want to explore. If I can suggest summer blankets would be a very useful addition. Rest was great. Giorgio was super helpful with suggestions on restaurants and beaches.
