David's place was perfect, we truly enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable and at home. The apartment was in a great location, close to shops and restaurants but not too close as to get all the foot traffic and noise. The apartment was immaculate and had all the amenities we needed (great kitchen, good wifi (as my husband needed to work while there), comfortable beds, modern appliances, everything we needed. We even had use of a bicycle which is a definitely something necessary in Lucca! David was very responsive and helpful (despite the time difference between us). He put a guidebook together which was perfect in getting us started on our stay in Lucca. We truly enjoyed the apartment and would highly recommend!

We stayed in the apartment while attending an Italian language class. Great location for school and beach. Very comfortable bed. Great to have a washing machine. Good kitchen. Nice balcony to sit and have a drink. Great shower but be aware it’s small in size. Not a problem for us. Great space for us over the 2 weeks.

Cecilia è una persona davvero gentile e premurosa. La sua casa è molto grande e luminosa, gli spazi sono divisi molto bene e arredati in modo funzionale. In casa non manca nulla e c'è l''aria condizionata! a causa del grande caldo non abbiamo sfruttato il grande terrazzo attrezzato, era meglio stare dentro casa al fresco! la casa è posizionata in una zona tranquilla, proprio di fronte ad un grande parcheggio a pagamento (25 euro settimanali), con una passeggiata di 10 Min lungo si arriva sulla passeggiata del lungomare e agli stabilimenti balneari (consigliamo bagno Amedeo) e a pochi minuti si trovano tanti supermercati e negozi di ogni genere. Siamo soddisfatti al 100% del ns soggiorno e il prossimo anno torneremo sicuramente! Grazie Cecilia

Soggiorno piacevolissimo. L’appartamento è proprio sulle piste ed è perfetto per chi vuole sciare. Accogliente e caldo, ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Appartamento a due passi dal lungomare e da terrazza Mascagni, pulitissimo e con tutti i comfort. Leonardo e Vanessa sono stati due host splendidi, grazie mille e a presto!

Can’t say enough good things about Barbara and her apartment. She was very flexible with the check in, met us when we arrived late and was very friendly. The apartment was spacious and very clear. The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed. Across the street from a beautiful park abbr about 15 minutes to the beach and 10 minutes to downtown. Highly recommend!

Tutto bene. Appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort, luminoso e curato, sito in zona molto tranquilla, vicinissimo al lungomare e all’Accademia Navale (ottimo per i concorsisti). Eleonora è stata molto gentile e disponibile, la comunicazione puntuale e precisa, check-in e check-out facili e veloci. Consigliatissimo.

Unseren Urlaub haben wir in der Unterkunft sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war sauber und man hat sich sofort wohl gefühlt. Der Pool hat den Kindern und uns viel Spaß bereitet. Die Anprechpartner waren immer sofort zur Hilfe bereit und kommunikativ. Wir würden unseren nächsten Urlaub gerne wieder dort verbringen. Die Umgebung war sehr schön und es gab viele schöne Strände und Restaurants.

Totul a decurs foarte bine,de la comunicarea cu Leonardo, care a fost foarte atent cu noi si cu procesul de check in pana la cazarea noastra in acest apartament care e pozitionat foarte bine spre o priveliste incantatoare si linistita. Nu ne-a lipsit nimic, practic am avut un confort ca acasa, somnul a fost chiar odihnitor avnd paturi si lenjerie confortabila. Recomand cu mare placere pentru ca este o placere sa poposesti la aceasta cazare pe care as descrieo in 3 cuvinte: bun gust, lejeritate si liniste.

The host was very friendly and helpful. She communicates well and responds quickly. The apartment was very clean and looked exactly like on the pictures. I definitely recommend this place.

Walk the walls, should not be missed. Take it from the river end up to the Tower. Walk by the river Arno, so beautiful. Take advantage of happy hour.

Esperienza più che positiva, Elena host disponibile e premurosa. La casa è curatissima nei particolari, arredata con gusto. Il giardino è anch'esso curato con attenzione, pratico e riservato. Da ritornare !!!

Otroligt boende som överträffade förväntningarna, Francesco är en underbara värd som var väldigt hjälpsam och hade lokal rekommendationer på allt. Från bästa bageriet till vingården du inte får missa. Rekommenderar stark och kommer förmodligen tillbaka!

Piece of heaven on earth! The views, the house, the terrace, the pool, and the nature (specially the sound of the birds in the morning) was all spectacular. Lovely hosts that accommodated everything and provided an abundance of recommendations (in a super organized laminated folder).

Deborah ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Sie hat sich wunderbar um uns gekümmert. So eine tolle Gastgeberin hatten wir noch nie. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt in der Toskana und ein guter Ausgangspunkt um die Gegend zu erkunden. Wir können Deborahs und Katias Ferienwohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

Wir waren zum Saisonausklang zu Gast in dieser wirklich schönen Gegend und haben uns vor Ort direkt zu Hause gefühlt. Die alte Ölmühle und unser Appartment ist großzügig gestattet, entsprach der Beschreibung, die dargestellten Fotos sind in der Realität sogar noch besser. Es war alles sauber, alle Gerätschaften haben funktioniert und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der große Pool ist ein echtes Highlight und hat den Aufenthalt, insbesondere der Kinder, sehr aufgewertet. Der Empfang vor Ort klappte reibungslos und wurde im Vorfeld sehr gut vorbereitet. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft wirklich sehr empfehlen - das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist top! My fiance and I loved our stay here. beautiful views and prestige grounds. there were also a few friendly cats which made my fiancé's day. You need a car when staying here. you can find good restaurants and a grocery store a few minutes away in San casciano. It's centrally located in tuscany. 30 minutes to florence, 45 mins to siena. With lots of historic towns and wineries close by. The apartment was well accommodated, clean, and we'll equipped for cooking. We did pick up a few extra necessities from the grocery store and found the shower a little small, but otherwise found the stay comfortable and relaxing. Would totally recommend to friends and come back.

Fantastic place to stay :) One of the absolutely best! It's designed with so much love of detail and great taste. It's also super clean. View from the terrace is stunning. Host was really friendly, helpful. Definitely would love to come back.
