Beautiful little town. It felt like an experience of living in a medieval village - but with wifi. We enjoyed wine on the patio with views of the countryside. We were surprised by mosquitoes in October, but that speaks to their warmer weather and recent rain events. We had a nice time at the farmers market and were happy to be able to prepare the fresh mushrooms at =home in the well equipped kitchen.

David's place was perfect, we truly enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable and at home. The apartment was in a great location, close to shops and restaurants but not too close as to get all the foot traffic and noise. The apartment was immaculate and had all the amenities we needed (great kitchen, good wifi (as my husband needed to work while there), comfortable beds, modern appliances, everything we needed. We even had use of a bicycle which is a definitely something necessary in Lucca! David was very responsive and helpful (despite the time difference between us). He put a guidebook together which was perfect in getting us started on our stay in Lucca. We truly enjoyed the apartment and would highly recommend!

We stayed in the apartment while attending an Italian language class. Great location for school and beach. Very comfortable bed. Great to have a washing machine. Good kitchen. Nice balcony to sit and have a drink. Great shower but be aware it’s small in size. Not a problem for us. Great space for us over the 2 weeks.

Cecilia is a very kind and caring person. Her house is very large and bright, the spaces are divided very well and furnished in a functional way. The house has everything and there's air conditioning! Due to the great heat we did not take advantage of the large equipped terrace, it was better to stay inside the house in the cool! the house is located in a quiet area, right in front of a large paid parking lot (25 euros per week), with a 10-minute walk along you get to the promenade and the beach resorts (we recommend Amedeo bath) and a few minutes away there are many supermarkets and shops of all kinds. We are 100% satisfied with our stay and will definitely be back next year! Thanks Cecilia

We had a lovely holiday in these apartment. It is very nicely decorated, peaceful, beautiful. Very friendly and helpful hostess. We were welcomed in the apartment with a sweet cake, wine, water and everything you need in the kitchen. Very well equipped apartment. We really liked our apartment on the sea Marina de Pisa. Good starting point for trips to Pisa, Cinque Terre, exploring Tuscany. We would be happy to come back again. We really enjoyed it. Lovely place

Can’t say enough good things about Barbara and her apartment. She was very flexible with the check in, met us when we arrived late and was very friendly. The apartment was spacious and very clear. The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed. Across the street from a beautiful park abbr about 15 minutes to the beach and 10 minutes to downtown. Highly recommend!

All good. Apartment equipped with all comforts, bright and well-kept, located in a very quiet area, very close to the seafront and the Naval Academy (great for contestants). Eleonora was very nice and approachable, prompt and accurate communication, easy and quick check-in and check-out. Highly recommended.

The location itself is breathtakingly gorgeous, the apartment in traditional style was clean and adequately furnished, the kitchen thoughtfully equipped. The hosts on site were charming, very friendly and readily available. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool. Giuseppe was also quickly available if necessary.

Everything went very well,from communicating with Leonardo, who was very attentive to us and the check in process to our accommodation in this apartment that is very well positioned to a delightful and quiet view. We did not miss anything, we basically had a home-like comfort, the sleep was really restful with beds and comfortable linens. I highly recommend it because it is a pleasure to stay at this accommodation that I would describe in 3 words: good taste, lightness and tranquility.

Walk the walls, should not be missed. Take it from the river end up to the Tower. Walk by the river Arno, so beautiful. Take advantage of happy hour.

More than positive experience, Elena is a helpful and considerate host. The house is very thoughtful, tastefully furnished. The garden is also thoughtfully cared for, practical and reserved. Come back !!!

Thank you very much Super Luigi😉!! We just had a great stay in Viareggio with my wife and our 2 children. And the apartment offered by Gianmarco is a big part of it!! The property is clean and very functional, spacious enough for 4 people! An exceptional location! A few meters from the main boardwalk that runs along the beautiful beaches of Viareggio and its bagnos by ten. Exceptional restaurants like the "Pivot bistro di mare" or "l 'Amaro" are just a few meters away! And what about the communication from Gianmarco who was very good advice and who was always able to make himself available according to our needs! Incredible accommodation that exceeded expectations, Francesco is a wonderful host who was very helpful and had local recommendations on everything. From best bakery to the winery not to be missed. Highly recommend and will probably come back!

We stayed in the Melissa apartment and it was great, very spacious and bigger than expected. The apartment is self-catering and has all that you need to cook and have a great time. There is no terrace for this apartment, but they are many areas around the property that allow for some outdoor time. The location was beautiful, amazing views, great swimming pool and an overall very relaxed place. The property is 15 mins away from San Gimignano and very close to the bigger towns/villages to visit. Having a car is a must. The staff, the welcome and overall communication was lovely and easy, I would definitely recommend staying here.

Nice place as a base to explore the area. Beautiful hill-like area. Village of Pietresantra surprisingly nice! Beds a little softer than we like ourselves and the approach route with a low car was challenging, but otherwise a nice apartment!! Good communication with Fulvia.

Deborah is a great hostess. She took great care of us. We've never had such a great host. The surroundings are very nice for a relaxing stay in Tuscany and a good base to explore the area. We can only recommend Deborah and Katia's apartment.

It was my second time at Il Tramonto (because you will love to come again). It has been a great stay, the perfect spot to visit the Chianti region, as well as rest (garden behind is a bliss) and discover tiny villages around. Laura and Sandra are very welcoming, communication is very easy. I recommend !

We stayed at the end of the season in this really nice area and felt right at home on site. The old oil mill and our apartment are generously allowed, corresponded to the description, the photos shown are even better in reality. It was all clean, all the equipment worked and we felt very comfortable. The large swimming pool is a real highlight and has greatly upgraded the stay, especially the children. The reception on site went smoothly and was very well prepared in advance. We enjoyed the time very much and can really highly recommend the accommodation - the value for money is great! A comfortable air conditioned flat with well equipped kitchen, little balconies. It is better than the pictures! We were 4 adults and there were 3 different areas to sleep which worked perfectly for us. Just 1 bathroom is a bit tight. The swimming pool is great! Sightseeing in Tuscany worked very well. Having a car is a must for this property if you want to explore. If I can suggest summer blankets would be a very useful addition. Rest was great. Giorgio was super helpful with suggestions on restaurants and beaches.
