The apartment is really nice: it is approximately 40 sqm divided in two different rooms each one placed at a different floor (a typical Tuscan “terra-tetto”): - At the ground floor you can find the kitchen and the dining room. - At the first floor the bedroom and the bathroom (with shower). The apartment is located in the borough of St. Anna, in the vicinity of the city center (in the north-west direction): the ancient town walls are only 5 minutes walk and the city center (Napoleone Square, St. Michele Square and “Giglio” theatre) is only 15 minutes walking. Right in front of the apartment, there is a private and silent courtyard where is possible to park one car and spend some time while relaxing with a glass of wine or having breakfast and dinner. Just walking near the apartment is possible to find cafes, small groceries, bakeries, pizzeria, etc. while the nearest supermarket is just 3 minutes by car. Runners, bikers, or just walkers can find wonderful routes without the necessity to move by car: the town walls ride is a must for all visitors, but also is really nice to have a walk along the Serchio River with its enchanting nature! The apartment is equipped with everything necessary to let you have a pleasant stay: different kinds of coffee are provided (espresso, brewed, and moka), and our guests who love to cook will find some basic ingredients (oil, salt, spices, etc.). Nicola is also available for some domestic cooking classes. Please note that renovation work has recently begun in the courtyard facing the property. The work is generally carried out from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, and does not take place on Saturdays or Sundays. During these hours, some background noise may occasionally be noticeable. The workers have been informed that guests are staying in the apartments to enjoy a relaxing holiday, and they have assured us that they will do their utmost to keep any disturbance to a minimum. As always, we will also do everything we can to make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible.
