Catherine and Thierry have a wonderful family home that was perfect for a vacation with our friends and children. Very kid friendly home equipped with high chairs, cots, toys, baby bathtub, pool alarm and gate, you name it! We really enjoyed our time and would definitely stay again in the future. Only thing to keep in mind is cell phone service and WiFi is not strong which makes it the perfect place to disconnect on holiday! Thanks for a great time!

We enjoyed our stay with Dominique to the fullest. The surroundings are fantastically beautiful – in the middle of nature, quiet and full of positive energy. Just the right place to unwind and relax. The house itself is lovingly designed and very well maintained. Dominique is a very warm and attentive landlady who is very committed to making sure that you feel completely comfortable. A fantastic place for a large group and three separate families. The space was amazing. The view was even better than the photos. The kitchen was so well equipped with lsrge amounts of glasses, plstes, cutlery and cooking dishes. Amazing find. Pricey but well worth the money.

Marie and Dominque's home was stunning!!! The home was private, spacious and impeccably designed for a larger travel party. We were travelling with adult children and found the home extremely comfortable and it met our every need. The house is conveniently located near the Bay of Agay which had delicious patisseries and markets - it was a lovely walk for our morning croissants. The kitchen was a gourmet's dream and the views from every room were breath-taking. We cannot wait to come back!!!

Highly recommend this rental. Location was perfect for the area. Annie was easy to deal with and was quick to respond. Yvonne, the house manager, was very helpful, showed us around the property and how things worked. She quickly responded when needed. The summary printed information sheet in the home was very useful in terms of things to do, shopping and recommendations for restaurants. The areas inside and outside the home were open, spacious and comfortable. Our group of three couples has lots of room, felt very comfortable and enjoyed our week.

We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful Mougins villa during the Cannes Film Festival, and it truly enhanced our experience. The villa's tranquil setting provided a perfect retreat after the festival's excitement. The check-in process was seamless, and Carole's attention to detail was evident throughout our stay. The spacious layout and pristine pool area offered both comfort and luxury. Being just a short drive from Cannes, the location was ideal for our needs. We wholeheartedly recommend this villa to anyone seeking a serene yet accessible getaway in the South of France.

We had a wonderful stay. Plenty of space for 4 as we spent most of the time in the city. The home is well appointed and the view plus the fruit trees were great. Interior accommodations were comfortable. We had a couple questions in the late evening one night and their team was very responsive. Perfect place for a 3 day stay in the south of France!

We spent 10 days in this listing. It was our first time with Airbnb and we don't regret it. A very welcoming, attentive host, gave us a lot of advice and was always there when needed. Regarding the house, everything was perfect, as in the description! Very clean, very tidy, everything was great. A really beautiful house with everything you need. Enjoyed stay In St Paul de Vence.. The Airbnb is bright and peaceful. In current era of maps on phone the back narrow roads make such Airbnbs an easy option. The house itself had large windows in every room with the eating area and master being the highlights. Travelled with small dog who loved the large yard. The local grocery store Le Clerc a 5 minute drive down the hill was amazing – so we cooked in house and ate al la fresco. Lots of space and Airbnb is fully equipped. Also found the location in St. Paul de Vence ideal -- nice neighborhood -- not too far up the the hill and close to grocery store, large local mall, and up the hill arts and restaurants. Going it is often difficult to judge locations. Thank you to Jean who was available to help with any questions.

Great place for a family vacation - well equipped house with a spotless pool and great outdoor seating area! Perfect for big meals and BBQs.

Perfect, fabulous view

Thank you very much for the wonderful time at your terrific villa. This place exceeded our expectations: it is highly equipped, modern, beautiful, and cozy. The view and the garden are just stunning. We were choosing among several other villas, and we were definitely lucky to stay here. You truly feel at home. Every detail in this place is filled with great attention, soul, and love. The only small point was with the heated pool — although we paid for it in cash, the water (including at the supply holes) remained chilly, so we couldn’t tell or proof if it was actually heated. Other than that, it’s really impressive how well you take care of this villa. We were two families, six people in total, and a small dog. The direct access from the bedrooms to the garden was a perfect feature for our little fluffy friend. Thanks once again for your hospitality and thanks a lot for making our stay so enjoyable! 🤗

Fantastic views and a great place to use as a base

Vincent’s home is very relaxing and serene! We had a great time there and spent most of our time by the pool and BBQ area. The house itself is very nice and comfortable and the stocked fridge with cold drinks when we arrived was very much appreciated! Vincent was a great host and always responsive. Highly recommend this property!

Lovely, peaceful place with an amazing view of the sea and the mountains. I spent 2 weeks in the house and I felt very safe, relaxed and inspired. Ideally, you need a car to travel around, but main amenities are within walking distance. Thank you, Sophie!

We really enjoyed our stay. The detached house is exactly as described on the website by the owners. Four bedrooms, a really large living space and a very airy and light living room and kitchen area. Two private balconies and right next to a pool. The house is on a private condo area with key access and is 3 minutes walk to shops, restaurants, bakeries and cafes in the centre of Juan Les Pins and max 5 mins walk to the long main beach in the town. The nearest supermarket is a few minutes walk, with an even bigger one 5 to 10 minutes walk. so all very convenient. you can also walk to Antibes in 20 mins from the house or get a cab there. Juan Les Pins train station is 5 mins walk from the house. We went to Nice by train one day and it was very easy. So all very convenient for a holiday. We met both our check-in/check out host Katerina and the owners and they could not have done more to help and make us feel welcome. I would recommend them and we would stay again!

Great place for children, adults and grandparents that can be placed in a separate little house😉 The pool was heated and lovely to bathe even in the month of April. Great to have lunch under the olive tree and dinner at the long table with barbecue and views🙌 Definitely recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. The house, the garden, the location - everything was perfect for us. We wanted the relaxation and serenity and this villa matched that perfectly. Everything is so beautifully set up and the house and interior has great character. We loved to be able to play with kids in the garden which is very spacious and gave everyone great family moments. The location was great to take day trips to amazing cities. But our favorite is Valbonne village and it is something else - only few minutes walking distance and you are in one of the most beautiful places we have ever seen. When you are there walking these narrow streets, you just want to stay there forever. Wished we could have stayed longer but it gave us great memories, and we are very likely to be back. We were very well received. The villa is spacious, friendly and clean. The kids especially enjoyed the pool. The location is also super convenient for quick access to other surrounding localities. Beautiful independent house with pool and hot tub. Peaceful setting. Perfect for short stays filled with relaxation and fun. Excellent host—quick and efficient responses.

This was one of the best AirBnb apartments we stayed at so far. Wonderful view to the sea and mountains. Just a short walk to beaches and other beaches in 5 minutes driving distance. Jean Jacques was always reachable and was there to welcome us on the first day and show us the apartment. We would definitely come back!

First stay in this lovely villa. We’ve been coming to this area for our August holidays for the past 8 years so know the area well. Now as the family are a bit older, this villa was the perfect upgrade, not to mention the great little pool which our children loved and spent every hour of every day in. Jeroen was always on hand and available to answer any questions we had. We look forward to returning next year!

Beautiful villa, check in was great, met by housekeeper and were allowed to leave our bags until check in at 4. House has everything you need for a great stay. Good transport located close by and shops a minute walk away. Pool was lovely, and great to have a BBQ too!
