Delightful, spacious and well maintained cottage in the centre of Brecon. Everything was very comfortable with carefully chosen antiques and probably every book written about Wales. The location was just perfect for me and was easy to find. Sally was a great host!

Now, i dont write many reviews. And when i pay for a place to stay in my hometown it always irks me. But Danny's place was different. In a neighbourhood i know well, 15 mins walk from town and 5 minutes from my brothers house, it was perfect. The house was huge, so much bigger than expected, nice and clean but extremely cosy, comfortable sofas and beds, a lovely massive stone floor kitchen, a nice garden, and loads of board games and toys for the kids to play with. I understand that Danny probably gets loads of hikers etc through the place and the maps etc are great for thouse looking for that sort of thing, but for a family just wanting a place to chill while visiting family, my home. It was perfect. Thanks mate

We stayed at the cottage for four nights and used it as a base for walking in the Brecon Beacons National Park. Absolutely lovely "home from home". We made our own food and also ate locally within walking distance. Gill was extremely helpful. Highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a place to stay in the area.

Megan's place is just perfect, comfortable beds, good quality linen, sqeeky clean and everything you would need. A few minutes walking distance of shops/restaurants/bars and of course the lovely long canal walk, very quiet neighbourhood and no issues with parking. 35 mins drive to the four waterfalls walk which was breathtaking along the way. We would definitely return if we get the opportunity. Thanks Megan 😃
