Very quiet accommodation. Studio at La Trinité 06340 bordering Nice (20 minutes from Nice). Private parking before a small descent to access the accommodation. 10 minutes from the 2 entrances to the highway towards Italy, Monaco, and Cannes. This studio is air-conditioned, tastefully renovated with unobstructed views of the hills. Access via a road with several hairpin turns. Accommodation independent of the house, very quiet and green place. No nearby activities in the municipality. Car is essential.

Neatly decorated and furnished, with a simple and welcoming style, everything is new and functional. Sheets and towels provided, a few coffee capsules to get you started, and, as always, a welcome bottle. It is advisable to have your own vehicle.

Our house near Nice has two floors, one of which is entirely reserved for family, friends and Airbnb rentals. Our accommodation is not new, but we prioritise comfort, quality hospitality and continuous improvement of our offering. Outbuildings (swimming pool, terrace, etc.) are reserved for the occupants of the house only (hosts and Airbnb guests). The accommodation has a separate entrance and is almost fully equipped (crockery, washing machine, sheets, etc.).
