Exclusive access to the property: terrace, garden, summer kitchen with barbecue and plancha, trampoline, pétanque, volleyball, heated swimming pool from May to September, and longer if the weather permits. I am discreetly present in a separate accommodation and remain available if needed.

Private parking before a small descent to access the accommodation. 10 minutes from the 2 entrances to the highway towards Italy, Monaco, and Cannes. This studio is air-conditioned, tastefully renovated with unobstructed views of the hills. Access via a road with several hairpin turns. Accommodation independent of the house, very quiet and green place. No nearby activities in the municipality. Car is essential.

We welcome families and friends as long as they respect the beauty and quietness of this magic place.

With the changing seasons: autumn prices are falling

Our house near Nice has two floors, one of which is entirely reserved for family, friends and Airbnb rentals. Our accommodation is not new, but we prioritise comfort, quality hospitality and continuous improvement of our offering. Outbuildings (swimming pool, terrace, etc.) are reserved for the occupants of the house only (hosts and Airbnb guests). The accommodation has a separate entrance and is almost fully equipped (crockery, washing machine, sheets, etc.).
