Recline on a leather chesterfield sofa in surroundings full of historic touches. Venetian marble floors are offset by floor-to-ceiling drapes, along with original paintings of Italian masters. Full air conditioning (excluding bathrooms) in summer and distributed heating in winter. The kitchen has a microwave and tea and coffee corner. The living room has a sofa (which turns into a 140x180 bed if necessary) and a TV. Another TV is in the master bedroom. There is an internet connection. The entire apartment is at your disposal. We will be available throughout your stay. Cannaregio is one of the liveliest neighborhoods in Venice. You can find restaurants open late and enjoy typical Venetian dishes, or you can have a spritz or coffee at the outdoor bar warmed by the sun. We suggest taking advantage of the tranquility of the area to take a romantic moonlit stroll to admire a different Venice. A real venetian house! It's located at the second floor of Cà d'Asfalto, a venetian palace of '800. There is a wonderful view on the Cannaregio canal. It's very bright, cozy and silent, and it's located in the heart of CANNAREGIO area. Very close to the railway station (only 5 minutes) and the vaporetto boarding (2 minutes). Recently-restored AIR-CONDITIONED bright apt with gorgeous wooden beams in the middle of charming Cannaregio district. You will find all modern amenities, sapiently mixed with a Venetian flavor. Perfect location, 10-min walking distance from the train station, few steps away from public boat transport, local restaurants (not tourist traps) and bars. An entire apartment with a Venetian style decor, in a private palazzo from the 1600's, with a STUNNING VIEW. Situated on the 1st floor, the apartment has one large bedroom with a queen sized bed.
