Comfortable cottage located in the countryside with free access to the entire outdoor area on our property of about 2 hectares (terrace with garden furniture, large meadow, pond, park, trampoline). Bed linen, blankets, duvets, towels, kitchen towels are included. Swimming pool secured by a lockable high shelter, useable covered or uncovered in free access. The pool is not available in winter. La Barn des Marronniers

Renovated old barn. Large bedroom with bathroom upstairs. Kitchen and seating area on the ground floor. Located in the shade of two large lime trees. Peace and serenity guaranteed. The swimming pool is heated by a solar shutter which allows us a swimming temperature of about 30 degrees in high season and about 25 degrees at the beginning and end of the season ( early May and late September to early October).

L'Ecole Buissonnière (pool, air conditioning, parking)

In an old school, we installed a loft in the middle of Saumur. Overlooking a wooded courtyard, you can enjoy 3 bedrooms (2 adult bedrooms and 1 bedroom for 4 children), a large living room and a bathroom. You will also have access to an adjoining classroom in which we have created a 3 m x 3 m indoor pool, heated with counter-current swimming. You'll have the option to park 2 vehicles in the yard.
