In Montsoreau, close to the Loire and the castle. Quiet area and close to amenities (bakery, bars, tobacco, Sunday market, restaurants...)

In Montsoreau, one of the "most beautiful villages" of France, amazing views, and small shops within walking distance; located between Saumur and Chinon! Famous castles, abbeyes, exceptional gardens, white, red and bubbly wineries, most of them within 10 to 60 min. The house is perfect for one or two couples, but can welcome 6 guests. Market every week, small grocery store, butcher, bakery, 4 restaurants in the village. Great antique market once a moth on the banks of the Loire.

In this independent, spacious and comfortable house, you enjoy a breathtaking view of the confluence of the Loire and Vienna. With its three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living rooms and a private terrace, you will make the most of this corner of paradise close to the tourist hotspots (Saumur, Chinon, Fontevraud) Downstairs from the house, a wine cellar/wine bar, which we hold ourselves, will allow you to discover and taste the wines of the region on the terrace!

Our small family (Fanny, Nicolas, Jonas and Antonin) will be happy to welcome you to our very comfortable tuffeau house, located 10 minutes' walk from the majestic royal abbey, in the heart of the historic village and close to the shops and restaurants of the village's cobbled square, all in the heart of the Loire Valley, in complete tranquility. The place is good for couples, families (with kids), businesses, artisans, and artists.

This tastefully restored former tuf barn will seduce you with its enclosed garden, large living space on the ground floor, bathroom and three small adjoining attic bedrooms on the upper floor accessible by an external staircase.
